Good afternoon.
I have a question and if you can help me I would be grateful.
I have 2 pairs that have all the PINs in the same direction and yet no order has been opened. They are USDCAD and CADCHF.
Can anyone suggest what it could be?

Hi , check the free margin for your account , some times even when is the trade is confirmed with red bar o blue bar ( they are not 100 % confirmed ) like almost in there

Hi, Please note your news filter is active. As per setting Eax is holding the CAD pairs trade.

Hello everyone,

barbaruiva, from your screenshot, the USDCAD is not opening because as laureina mentioned, you have the "News" filter active, we can verify this on the right side of the USDCAD row, that there are coming News in 44 minutes (red print) CAD Hi, which means News of high importance, and due your current settings, there is a block for the possible trades on the CAD pairs, you also can see on the left side of the same row, a red orange square with the letter "N". The different red orange squares, are showing the possible reasons to block an Entry signal, if a filter is active, only.

In the case of the CADCHF pair, we can see the red orange square with the letter "H", this means "Hold" and due your settings, this pair can not be traded until this hold be over. I suggest to check on the active filters, under your settings, in order to learn, adjust or turn off your filters, accordingly your needs.

Please check H D N filetr on the left>
H - Hold, becomes ON when there are active trades involving the pair or a trade has been recently closed (trade per candle/time configurable in options).
D - Disabled, becomes ON when both, base and quote currencies of pair are going in the same direction (originally intended as basket filter, ended up incorporating to the DB).
N - News, becomes ON when news of relevant impact affects that pair.

Pin1: Trailing stop (mode: opposite signal)
Pin5: vertex 100%
Pin6: Supply Demand
pin7: Stochastic
Pin8: Simple Fibonacci confirmed
Pin9: vertex trend

Auto trade condition:
1. Pin 5,6,7,8,9 met with the same signal
2. Auto add open trade with range time 60 minutes and still got minus in row (maximum 4x2.5 lot=10 lot)

Trade Rule:
1. Lot size: 2.5/trade, maximum 10 lot/pair
2. SL: -$2000, TP: +$4000, or..
3. SL/TP: ADR -100/+100

I can't find PINs 5,6.9 on the Jagzfx site. I think you use ONEPIN to create, but don't know its settings.

ex.
EURUSD to EURUSD.brokename,H1 . I found error as photo cannot run EA.

Please kindly share setting for pin indicator ONE PIN II_SupDem Arrow Alert v.3.3.3 ori.ex4 and vertex-mod-3-01-alerts-arrows-mtf v2.ex4 . I am not sure it correct setting.

Hi to all,, mini question - if the board is fully configured and autotrading is turned off, then are there any entry/exit signals? for example values of graphical objects or global variables?

EAX still gives a signal, but does not enter an order. Indicators still send signals to EAX normally

Dear All,
I have use JagzFX_Trailing_Stop_PIN_v1_18 set to pin 1 but It's not work, I am not sure work? Trailing is not auto set SL. Please advice to me.
