I tried to set Davit pivot strategy many times on the dashboard but always, failed, although i see that manually its working nice.

Sure, it's always nice looking on the paper, i.e. history. But much more difficult to achieve in practice.

If this strategy can be combined with the strength of the currency in the daily and weekly time frame, it will give very good results( Base/Quote Ratio Direction)

All strategies even simplest can work. But you asked about weakness. And all strategies have same problem. You haven't any rule can be reproducible always. A perfect example of this is price patterns. You have a web shows probabilities of all patterns (Thepatternsite). Even the most believed strong patterns haven't 100% accuracy.

Then talking about pivots strategy you commented before almost all successful effect is not strategy merit, its trader merit converting strategy in a mere good reference. Because pivots never are same in all TF. You take HL depending your criteria. And that is subjective. In forex all is subjective. Then at the end only important thing in a strategy is how trader will use it. You know, get advantage of his strongs and minimize his weaks. All fall in trader side, strategy is not relevant at the end

Evidently is my subjective opinion because even opinions are always subjective

Using Floor-Trader Pivots: Top Tips
1. Filter trades in the direction of the trend
In well-established downtrends, there are more pips to benefit from in the direction of the trend as opposed to pips on offer against the trend. Traders can use the support and resistance points to look for breakout trades in the direction of the trend. The concept is simple, although the chart can be somewhat cluttered.
As you can see in the chart below (highlighted in blue), the S1 and S2 bands act as resistance points in the current downtrend. Forex traders will look to place entry orders a few pips below these levels to capture further downside movements in price.

2. Floor-Trader Pivots present attractive entries
Classical pivots can present attractive entries when trading in the direction of the trend. The chart below zooms into an existing downtrend, showing how price retraces up towards the pivot before continuing down. Traders can set working orders at these levels or simply enter short after price has reached the pivot and moved back down.


3. Using Floor-Trader Pivots as dynamic support and resistance
Traders can use the levels of support provided by the Floor-Trader Pivots as dynamic support or dynamic stops.
This becomes clear when observing the below GBP/USD chart below. As price moves up, the S1 level moves up too and traders can trail their stops in line with this level to lock in profits if the market reverses. Tighter stops will trail the S1 in an uptrend and stops placed at the S2 and S3 can be used in more volatile markets provided a smaller trade size is utilized.

Aeseme, I want to wish you happy holidays, and that this new year bring to you blessings and gifts from everywhere around the world and the Universe.

I also want to thank you one more time, for your creation EAX, which allow us to keep testing different strategies and variations as "the lab" before we think about running EAX on a real account, translating these experiences into new knowledge, that in my humble opinion it is very important for any person that trades or that wants to trade. I do not have a final strategy yet, but I feel that I am closer everyday thanks to the tremendous help of EAX.

I want to thank to all the contributors in this thread, those that share knowledge, valuable tools, ideas, concepts and facts.

As a sample of my appreciation to all of you, I want to share, a very basic but extremely useful PIN that I created with the help of a coder, it's name is Timer PIN, and what it does is to "Allow" Trades or not, based on the schedule that you want, by using your PC local Time. It has 13, 24 hours Timers (built in), plus 1 Weekly Timer. Each one of the Timers is independent (I do not use the weekly timer).

The Timer PIN, has to be connected to a MUX, (like Jagz MUX), and under the settings of the MUX, the PIN channel to be connected to this Timer PIN, must be set as "Allow" instead "Normal Input". In this way, if the Timer is On, it will send a signal to the assigned channel in the MUX, that will "Allow" to transmit signals from the MUX to EAX. By using this method we can set a crowded schedule of Ons and Offs, in order to run EAX, where the entered schedule may help to avoid taking trades during difficult trading hours, without stopping or blocking any functionally of EAX, which will stay 100% active all the time!! I hope that you may find this PIN helpful in any of your setups, please test it first, it comes as it is and without warranty.

Happy New Year, thanks for a great tool. I have 1 question as follows: it's currently 00:34 (Saturday, PC time), I installed Season 3 as ( Day: Sat, S: 19:00, E 16:00) but it's not in the frame right now. this time but still have signal? Or is 19:00 of FRI day? Thank you for listening !
