I still do all of my coding using MQL4 build 509. If you have old indicator MQ4 files that compile with errors, you can load and run the MetaEditor/compiler build 509, and then they will compile into EX4s that run OK. I explained how to do this (and provided the necessary files) here.

I'm still working on perfecting the settings. The screenshot is an example of last night's AUDUSD (M30). The bands were all drawn by the Recent SR indicator. The dashed lines are pivot levels (PP=green, S1=blue, R1=red, etc), and the gray dotted lines are round numbers. All of the SR bands were on the chart before price bounced at the white arrowed points (i.e. no 're-painting'). And the parameters (see below) were set before the day began (i.e. no curve fitting). Would have been easier to make the trades in hindsight though, LOL. Here are the key...

As you have noted elsewhere, you are not a programmer because if you were, it ought to have been self-evident that the original 2 files had been combined into just 1 file. The "b600" file is the only one that will compile with current versions. In my Recent SR v2_0 source I referred to, I was expecting that you would understand to comment out the 2 old "#include" lines, and instead just have one new "#include" of the newer, renamed b600 file.
If you are starting out fresh and want to learn how to program MQL / MT4, I would suggest you consider one or more courses (for $$) at learnmql4 dot com. To be clear, I have no affiliation with Jim Dandy and his tutorials. I didn't take his original Courses 1 thru 4, but that's where I'd start if I were you. I've done his graphical course and some others, which made it very easy to learn some new tricks.
Back to your question: I made the trivial modification to v2_0 myself, and compiled it fine. However, when I compared the S/R lines on a chart to the b509 .ex4 file from Hanover, the results didn't match. After digging in a bit (and wasting too much of my time on something I don't care about, by the way), I discovered that his .ex4 is based on his v1_11 source and not whatever "original" version I had used. The two get slightly different results.
I then made a copy of v1_11 to v2_11, re-made the same b600+ edits I had done before, compiled it fine with 0 errors 0 warnings, and now the results of v2_11 appear to match!
For completeness, here are all the versions and files, apart from the one "hanover --- extensible functions b600 (np).mqh" file which you must still get from here.
That include file goes under: File -> Open Data Folder, then navigate to MQL4 -> Include
The indicator files below go under: File -> Open Data Folder, then navigate to MQL4 -> Indicators

Hanover's b509 compiled version of his v1_11 is below which he already posted here. He calls it his "original" version, but as far as I can tell it is v1_11, and is newer than what I used for my v2_0 / v2_1 versions:
