Recent SR indicator

please did this indicator work for you? if not , do you have anyone similar to it...i've been searching all week

I created this indicator back in 2009, hence it's very old now. I haven't done any MQL coding, been out of touch with MT4/5 and trading in general for around 4 years now. I can't recall how the parameters work. Looks like there's a Word doc attached to post #1.

However, I downloaded the .ex4 from post #1 of this thread, renamed it 'Recent SR from FF.ex4', revived an old MT4 version, and dragged the indy onto a GU, M15 chart without changing the default parameters. I got the result shown in the image below. I don't know if that's correct behavior, but it does appear to be plotting some SR levels off candle highs/lows. I expect that if you have the .mq4 file in the ..../MQL4/Indicators folder, the indy will compile with a zillion errors, because it was written using a pre-build 600 version of the compiler. Hence if the .mq4 file exists, I would delete it.

There were plenty of (other) good SR indicators around when I was active a few years ago. I assume that they're still available, if anybody wants to search for them. I found one in my archives (created by Andrew Sumner) and have attached it below. And also Bredin's II_SupDem. You might like to try some of pips4life's upgraded versions in post #258, if you haven't already done so.
