maybe need to wait, but you should see at least some signals

i got same news error and will look into it later on
but all goes okay ,, you got an error 133 and you are using Xm right ?
I get the same error with AxiTrader so i changed broker ...
Error 133 means your broker does not allow certain pairs to be opened with lots 0.01
when you get the error try manually on chart to open that pair with 0.01 lot and it wont open
but if you put lot 0.05 or lot 0.1 then it will open
so it is a broker thing ...
now i want look into news to see why that news error

you can go chat live with broker and they can enable it for you
some time it happens ... Sh** happens
if it does not work manual, then definitely has been disabled _
I had to change broker because once they disabled the Gold XauUsd trades and would trade only at lots o.o5 and i like from 0.01 to 0.03 max
Tonight not the Usual Japanese Session not much movement
i wait until Singapore and Shanghai Jump in and if nothing bye bye see tomorrow London time

I looked into it and found out why News can't Load the Data File Xml
and it must have expired.. That will happen to all of us who still have old files
That's what i did and it worked all okay
Before we had NewsCal-v107 and NewsBrk-v0
Updated News Files are : NewsCal-v108 / NewsBrk-v007
check them here https://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=326551
-Load News Into News Folder
-Refresh or Restart Mt4
-Go Into DbMasmea Expert, open it, scroll down you will see this: News/NewsCal-v108
leave News/______ and change only NewsCal-v108
Do the same also for news Brk
