Aeseme,
I've discovered something in the settings today that you might want to change in order to avoid confusion. Over the past couple of days I've used all 3 BQ triggers as filters. Later I decided to disable the triggers, but I found that I received very few signals from the board. I couldn't figure out what the problem was and removed ALL filters and triggers except for the bidratio PIN. Nothing worked - the only thing that changed was the expression on my face... .
Today I discovered that the 3BQ triggers are NOT disabled if you set BQ(1,2 or 3) to "disabled" - you also have to set "trigger enabled by default" to false, otherwise it remains and acts as a filter and the DB will not open a trade, unless the BQ agrees.
This is not how the other settings work. For example: With GAP, Candles, PSAR, HAS, etc... if you set "Disable GAP module" to true, it is removed from the screen and all filters are removed even if "Enable GAP trigger by default" and other settings are still set to true. I don't know if this is how it was intended or if you think it necessary to change it to work like the others - if we select "disabled" it is completely disabled.
Hope this helps someone else. If you've used 3BQ in the past, go check your settings and make sure "trigger enabled by default" is set to false if you are not using it, even if you've selected "disabled'. You might have some filters that you don't know about!
Cheers
Lee
