Early days too. Running the CsDash on PIN 1 & 2, MA PIN by Ragusa on PIN 3, 4 & 5. I'm running the same setup on 3 different terminals with different management approach on each. I'm gonna run them throughout the week then through next-week to see how it goes.

They all started an hour before the TOKYO open.

Hi, Murysco, could you give some more details about the setup of different Pins (csDash and MAcross pins) and exits? I would be grateful!

I agree with you that the combination of csDash and MA signals is a powerful tool. I have been testing a combination of three pins with promising results (pin Bid ratio -H1,H4,D1-, pin csDash 1D and pin MAcross with 4H timeframe, 34 period, SMA and Close applied Price); also added Strength filter 1H,4H and 1D (80-100). Exit on opposite signal with pin MAcross. BE for each position after 20 pips and Basket profit trailing from 600 $ profit -75%- with Multipurpose Trade Manager. SL of 250 pips for each trade and Basket SL of -1000 $ (also: 0,1 lots, maximum 4 trades per symbol, only add in profit, and Hold 720 m since last open order). This for a balance of about 10000 $.
I like to take less pairs. More is sometimes less! GbpJpy, GbpChf, GbpCad, GbpAud, EurGbp and UsdJpy are best pairs YTD for this strategy, IMO.
Dont trade this live -real money-! Needs much more testing!

I forgot to say that I put the MApin on a 4H chart for the setup of post 2186. It works better after my backtests.
BTW, you can make some backtesting with Tarwadas EA (HFT strategy); it is not the same but may help for selecting suitable pairs.

I found a good strategy and I want to share.

I´m using as a PIN the DBMASMEAXPIN_HAS_v002 with the settings of the screen.

> Using in pairs with low spread.
> Using in M5 timeframe.

hey guys sorry for stupid question but do you know if aeseme change something in the calculation of hm? the same pairs but complete different hm (on the left is the newest)...

What is the weakness of this system? As I can see - weakness of the cDash D1 reverse is BIG move ... We can rule this risk throw SL=30-50%ADR ...

is very risky when some moves break yesterday D1 low or high.but for that i decided to run with tight sl 10-20 and trailing from 10 pips.one trade perH1.for some reasons eax adrs sl/tp dont work for me i tried 30,40, even 50 and i get invalid stop order message so i dont bother with.

we must know present D1 low or high have a meaning,and testing those levels create for us oportunities for entry.most when price test daily low or high and is inside yesterday daily low high we can usual entry after test is done or after new daily low level has created ,is not hard to see when pair start to lose acceleration when all strength and other indi's show us pair is still strong in one direction.thats what cdash reverse does.and can be replicated very easy same with RS and BRQ and also with BDratio eax pin.you just need to watch charts when you get entries and play around.sl i consider must be present just to avoid to put you in trouble when things get weird on market.

CSdash has too many losing trades. Yesterday lost 100 pips+ twice back to back and again today.
Using 3 pins. CSdash 1hr, 4hr and bidratio.

I think filter TradeOnly70+ADR help you BETTER .... For Exmpl:
GBPJPY ADR=220 ... so ... DO NOT TRADE then price Dont move 70%ADR or 154p from DO ....

What we have? We have ADR filter in EAX ...
What to do? Add parameter: DoNotTrade(%ADR) = %ADR ...

does anyone know how the value of RS, BQR, BQ and bias come from? I figure if testing DBMAS without understanding those indicator & signal is the same as crossing the street with close eyes.

That was a mistake I made while updating that HM algorithm... I have fixed it already but I still cannot upload it because of some odd forum issue... the upload process seems to get stuck at some point (at least on my end, and since a couple of hours)... I'll try again later...
Have you already read the #Post 1 of this thread yet?
