Can someone help me please? I set up the EAX on a demo account and it works fine (it trades and makes a sound at entry) but when placed on a live account, it hasn't opened any trade nor does it make any alert or sound even when there's a signal. Same set-file with the demo account. No error message in my expert or journal log. I've been battling with the problem for over 24 hours but to no avail. Kindly assist please.

Broker allows us earn money at closing orders in profit. During the opening/closing orders broker charges us a fee. We give some of our money from each open/close deal to broker.
Our losses amount depends on spread and commission size. But as you know the spread and volatility of each currency pair are different.
Profit usualy calculated as %ADRs. Accordingly, the broker fee is logical to analyze in relation to ADR%.
And now it is .... Idea about most favorable currency pairs filter. COST FILTER
Now each pair have spread, comission, ADR. Many users use TP and SL =% ADR. This is the most correct definition of TP and SL.
Spread is not best indicator for determining best pair. Because there is a commission, volatility of currency pairs is different too.
I suggest a formula for determining the ideal currency pair. Call it COST FILTER.
Can you implement it in dashboards? Filter very well determine not favorable to trade pairs.

As you can see in the picture, trading costs (spread+commission via ADR) on USDJPY less than 4.7 times then CADCHF!!!! This means that upon receipt of comparable profit we give the broker a fee more than 4.7 times !!!!
Conclusion: we need to be excluded from trading currency pair CADCHF. It is not profitable to trade.

Please, Help me identify the source of signal at PIN1, 2, 3.
MadDash outputs the signal to Pin5. BidRatio to Pin4.
I can not understand what indicators (signals) output alerts to PIN1, 2, 3?

You have some filters hidden and enabled (at least Pivot S&R and Fibonacci), and this is filtering your on-screen triggers/filters.
Set to "disable" anything you've set as "hidden" that isn't needed to filter your on-screen things.

I read a lot of posts (i think so... ), but did not understand about FIBO/PIVOT levels filter. I have a few questions:
1. At the present time whether the filter works for the automatic closing of orders at the approach to the levels? If so, on what PIN signal is issued?
2. There were errors in the filter (FTZ, FPV). When you apply a filter (FTZ, FPV) opens very FEW orders (20% from normal amount). Have you found the cause of this a bug? If so, when can we expect an updated version?
3. How to enable in the settings closure orders, as indicated by the FIBO/PIVOT levels filter?
