Hi Leos FX,

Personally, I try to spend more time reading posts that challenge my own views.
Then I weigh them up, as judiciously as I can, and modify my perspective as I feel led to.

Most of the time, when we become completely set in our views, we stop learning.
Therefore , we need fresh people with challenging ideas to give an edge to current trading styles.
I welcome you to pick up the challenge.

Please by all mean , post your challenging view on your trading edge.

Will your post and ideas is the one pushing one's own views unchallenged?

Not with my Computer. Unable to relate the chart.

I'm still on weekends trip, wheres I don't look at chart.

Enjoying life now not going to wait for future.

I don't put my inner harmony and happiness in the future, a time based concept that does not even exist.

There is only one moment in which peace and happiness can be experienced and that is now.

If we place our joy, our peace, our freedom in the future, based on some level of achievement as a trader, we are chasing a carrot which will prevent us from experiencing anything except disappointment, a complete waste of your life.

I always goes out for my weekend activities.

I hope you will enjoy your weekend away from chart, start enjying life NOW.

I would not call you lazy at all. You trade, you post and explain your process in greatest detail. Thats the oposite to beeing lazy. I do appreciate you posting your set ups, I always check on your tp and sl points to compare with my trades. Very useful info and you are right most of the time. You are so good n this business, your knowledge is impressive.

Beautiful sunset Pat! Nice fishing trip, small catch, but agree is priceless time.

I am having a relaxing weekend, met with a friend at our local Christmas market for drink (hot chocolate), after walked home via river path, had dinner, and watched a movie The Polar Express.
Started looking for xmas presents, thinking to decorate for next weekend, as likely will be staying at home this year. Only a few weeks left year to end. We are close to 2022, time flies.

What are your plans for the holiday season? Are you going away or staying at home with your family?

Thank you for your thoughts Pat Chiko,

I doubt I will be the one challenging views. I trade only basic price action. Who knows. But one thing is certain, I will be soaking up some fresh perspectives and challenge my own views as I always have the instinct to do, maybe in a similar manner as you.

it’s a great writing, I’m in a similar perception myself.
unfortunately many here on the forum only polish their personal egos.
and indeed the other's opinion does not reach them because they are convinced that they are kings.

No one knew The Sun King Louis XIV was going to be one of the best kings ever in the history when he took the throne when he was very young. His dreams were too big and no one believed in him. Yet he ruled his country for 72 years and made a golden name for himself.

I am profitable for a year and i can prove it, but unfortunately my capital is not that big to make a living off of it. That time will come though. Several years like this and i will be an emperor but now i am just a young king with high ambitions

I am an intraday trader so that I can trade as much as I can in a just given period of time. Because it is important to me to be able to spin my capital.

even with small capital you can make a lot of money. scalpers.
only the conditions need to be created.
1. Huge leverage.

Yes i am a position trader, i hold my positions for long period of times generally.

Everyone has their own way of trading. Long term trading is suitable for me because i have to go to school, work etc. I cannot be on the screen for too long.

Also i think lower the timeframe, harder to trade. Trading small range of pips with high leverage sounds too risky for me. Of course some can make money trading that way but it's too much for my risk appetite. Too stressful.

The way i trade offers me some freedom, i hold my trades overnight, over the weekend and holidays, keep them open during high impact news events, i can sleep and go to school or work while they are open. Which is exactly what i need.

I also want to reason everything that i do. Trading is no different. I want to reason my winners and losers with fundamentals. Inflation, GDP, unemployment, central bank stance, business cycles etc.

Indicators work fine for some people and that's great but indicators can't answer my questions. I like to study the economic part. Which is working perfectly fine for me.
