The general direction of the cable update thread. Post as you please with any pair but stick to GBPUSD as the main focus point.
Caveats. No intimidation, no victimization, no slander, no baiting, no misgendering, no belittling, no ganging up, no racism. Will add as we go along
My input depends on your participation.
Not much really but a fair controlled and happy environment is what I strive for with everyone getting a chance to grow in forex.

Note: Scalpers, medium, long term, fundamental traders. All welcome.
Post your charts or just entries. It does not matter.
Hindsight, foresight, real time trades do not worry me. Just be yourself.
General discussions do not matter as long as its respectful and the above caveats are met.

Today has been quite difficult to trade with price back and forth. I wanted to pull the plug on my buys this morning but fortunately the pull back from 1.24500 was swift. I still lean towards a bullish stance for a decent correction at least.
A 4hr close and hold above 1.25000 and the descending trend line would be welcome. A 4hr close and hold below 1.24500 will invalidate my buy trades.

I've been following FF for many years, I learned a little from everyone (thanks all for that) , but I think you transmit knowledge in an open, simple and natural way.
Honestly, you got my attention from the beginning.

Youre a great trader, and humble, no nonsense, its about time you made your own thread! Love it, will be watching, learning volume profile and ict together, its looking good too... caught a 50pt nasdaq short during pm session and used sp500 correlation for entry and nasdaq hitting vwap for exit, its good stuff all together, nasdaq dropped hard off the daily pivot combined with a h1 orderblock and low volume node.... i like it

Silverjazz, I will try and explain as we go along. Because there are quite a bit of stuff I look at. I started this under the guidance of Nanningbob in 2012 and there are things I have picked up over the years.
Yes, we are in a short trend. Pullbacks occur and they can span hundreds of pips.
Firstly you will see that at almost any round number I take a buy or sell trade. That's why I like to show my closed trades on the chart to look at where I mucked up and so forth. The idea is to lock my best trade in and walk away.
Next you will see that the 4 hr candle open/closes are becoming higher and rejecting off 1.24500. Refer little ascending t/line on chart. This is how I get in before my signals start confirming my bias or trade direction.
Also 4hr candle closes are staying close to 1.2500. So bulls may want to push over forcefully.
My daily stochs are turning up and buy arrows are starting to appear which confirms my current buy direction.
I will wait for a pullback to my daily pivot at 1.24774 to get into a buy trade. A strong close below will nullify my buy trade.
Anyway will try and touch on more as we go along.
