if R / S is used, yes.

PAT stands for Price Action Trader.

No doubt he knows market moves inside out, he is so good, he can even trade when he is a sleep.
I should follow he's trades, then I can say at least I've tried.

I will look for short setup on 30/1h on monday. (Positive swap on short)
right now look like a golden setup on daily/4h

Never traded this pair, usually im trading only majors. Need to give cross majors a chance.
Keep it simple, stupid.

The best thing in the word is to put a trade and go to sleep, this is how you avoid Fomo and exit soon of a trade.
As an intraday trader i suffer from the FOMO a lot..
still working on it.
Keep it simple, stupid.

That strategy never worked for me intraday on GU

Let's say price approaches a level and price action appears to confirm a trade setup late NY/early Asia. You can almost guarantee London will come for the low or high made to crush the stop losses before continuing back the way it's supposed to. You could almost trade this idea as a stand alone strategy

The FOMO thing..yup it's real. I had to come up with a pretty complex checklist that covers everything, strength of zone, volumes, PA everything and stick to it rigidly

If you stare at the charts and wait for the setup to appear I feel your brain will just progressively want something to appear and after a few hours you'll just want to hop into anything. After taking a win or a loss the emotions are exacerbated. Intraday traders are up against it for sure. Best thing I think is to mark out the levels you want to trade at in advance then go about your day, keep an eye on your phone where things are at, stay occupied on something else then just be around for the high volume session openings

With all that said intraday gives you amazing RR in a very short space of time if you know what you're doing

You are on the right path.
Agreed, fundamentals and media nonsence can easily change your mind.
I was bearish on Friday, then swiched to bullish side, I thought GU is oversold and temporary need adjustment before further drop.
Didn't happen, bullish flag was broken to downside, was a sign bearish trade continues. Should have kept my shorts.
BOE is keep playing with us, I thought they will drop something unexpected. Interest rates will be revised again on Monday, the 6th. Saunders speach was neutral, not much to expect.
Carried my small long positions to Monday.

the exchange rate bounced off the trend channel.
but for safety, keep an eye on the bottom of the channel if you might try to break through again.

This is exactly what i do, i marking the HTF critical level (weekly-4h) and look for the LTF (1h-30m) for the structure and the will of the price, sometimes im join the lower tf trend to the next OB or waiting for the OB.
but this is easy thing to do with PA like the last weeks, we have a trendy market almost on every pair.

when it rangy on a big range its not that easy.
Keep it simple, stupid.

Haha actually yeah it is kinda related with Scandinavia.

In my favourite video game, Witcher 3, people that lived in the northern parts (Skellige) were called nordlings. They were pictured as Scandinavian kinda people. I am also from the northern part of Turkey, Black Sea coast. That's why i call myself a nordling
