Hi aeseme,

may i please kindly ask you to have a look at this issue as it looks to me either a bug or possibly something else:

in EAX
1. Use the default 28 pairs : false
2. CSV own symbols: 19 pairs of commodities such as XAUAUD, XAGUSD, USOIL,..
There are no currency in the list as i tried to mix currency, commodities but with no good result so i only chose
19 pairs of commodities.
3. Everything seems, now, to be running
4. But once a trade is taken, first the position is not shown under "ORDERS BLOCK", second EAX is frozen once the order is opened.
This is the case for all 19 pairs of commodities.
5. The only message i see in Experts tab is : array out of range in DBMASMEAX007a3.mq4 (15106,23). The numbers in () can be different.
6. The workaround is to remove the open position pair from "CSV own symbols", close MT4 and restart.
7. If again another pair is open the same happens as above and the workaround is to do as step 6

Actually is not a workaround for the running position as the position is running without EAX involvement. So basically EAX seems not working
for metals, commodity.

Could you please test it if this is a bug or something in setting needs to be changed. I have looked at the settings a lot but can't find anything that can
cause such a behaviour.

1st page says The dashboard works with a default set of 28 pairs.

It looks to me that other function seems to be working for commodities except "Orders Block" and freezing once a position is opened. If this is not in the scope
of this EAX, if it is not a big effort, would it be possible to add this into the function?

I'm to stupid or so. Need some help with EAX settings. Have all deactivated only PINs are active.
See the signals from BRdash in EAX, but no trades opened.
MADdash should give signals also ( alarm is set TF1 to TF2 / 1M to 5 M)

AUTO is showing "RED" but it tells me it's enabled but PIN when showing isn't taking the trade.
What could the issue be?

Thank you so very much for this wonderful platform it opens up many possibilities. I have a request, can adding lots to profit be based on user-defined pips in profit rather than the hold time in profit. This would make it much more efficient as more lots will be added only when define profit is accumulated. If this feature can be included that will make it very efficient. Thanks in advance.

Tjommas thanks for sharing your setup. Could you please also upload the Dashboard version rev.update 012.9c6a2, which i believe is the version you are using. the latest version of the dashboard doesn't display the RSI module correctly when loading your settings

Here are a few suggestions if you haven't figured it out yet:

For your first problem of EAX not executing trades, you have the following settings:
%ADR(10)TP = +100
%ADR(10)SL = +50

On EAX, SL should always be negative so change +50 to -50. This rule should be applied also if you use $ or pips as SL.

For your second problem, you should firstly make sure you have the latest versions of BRdash & MADdash PIN interface.
Latest versions are:
DBMASMEAXPIN_BRdash.ex4
DBMASMEAXPIN_MADdash.ex4
on page 1 just under the latest EAX version, you will find the latest versions| Uploaded Feb 19, 2019 20:56

To test if the PIN works, change alert setting in MADdash until you see alerts and see if the PIN corresponds with the alerts. To do this, change alerts to "Constant row colour" or lower the Alert Threshold (pips or %ATR) to 1 or 2.

There are so many possible inputs
My idea was: disable all filters and work with 1 PIN only (MADASH PIN). See what happens and then add filters one by one .
But with MADASH PIN I get no trades. I can see the signal for a short moment in EAX / PIN_Column, but no trade opened. I will test and try further
With BRdash PIN it works

ON live trading I trade manually only. But I hope or think with so many options / filters it shoud be possible to create a profitable auto system.
But as I can see in this thread: even the absolute cracks here have no profitable settings over a longer period. Correct me when I'm wrong.
Or you have a profitable setting? For sure not for all 28 pairs. But for majors or volatile pairs ?

If there was someone in the past who created a consistently profitable automated system, they are long gone from these forums and sitting on an island sucking Pina Colada and laughing at us while their board is making millions for them. . So even if there was such a system, you and I will not know about it. Funny that this is still the dream that many hold onto. LOL.

Read this post by Jagzuk to see someone else's thoughts on this. What I have to add is that EAX is a brilliant tool to get an immediate overview of what is happening in the whole forex market. Don't know about the rest of the guys who have been staring at EAX for years, but for me it provided an immediate picture of whether I'm going to trade on any given day or not.

As many people have said in the past, there is NO automated system that you can activate and walk away from. That said, if you make the commitment to stay with your board and a couple of PINS and study what the board is doing at different times of the day/month, you have a very powerful tool that can give you high quality signals to trade from. There are signals that are certainly higher quality than others, for ex. 3BQ arrows (CSM). As for MADdash, for me it generate some of my strongest signals when set up to compare open vs close price on a single TF and not two different TF's. I've explained this in my past posts.
