Lot Size Add Order: Selection here is One of the following options
1) Default = "Expert Management > Trades Lot size"
2) Defined = User defined lot size e.g. 0.02 and this is the fixed for all trades up to Maximum concurrent setting.
3) Factor = if "Expert Management > Trades Lot size" = 0.01 and Factor = 2 then next new order e.g. Order #2 would be 0.01 x 2 = 0.02 and the next new order e.g Order #3 would be 0.02 x 2 = 0.04 etc up to the Maximum concurrent setting.

Unless you will study how the EA behaves and have your own strategy rather to take someone's strategy and think that it will fit you. No it won't as it can't because what fits one, does not necessary will fit the other. Do not wait for the updated set, but try better to understand why EA behaved in that moment as it has behaved. Because it will behave only when you will tell and teach it what to do in particular situations ocurring in the market. This dash has so much tools implemented in it and it is only up to you whether it will become automagic pip maker or automagic deposit eater 
due to obvious market manipulation on NZD, I don't think this cycle will end into profit after all and it shows the limit of the strategy... I'm close to stop it all... I'll let it run to see, but now I suddenly have too much DD. That's a shame, 2 weeks I'm waiting for NZD to bull, I did believe in till the end
