I see that you included a portion of the Journal log showing the entries, but you missed the Experts log (where the EA prints it activity).
Besides that, I can see in your picture that you pointed the "hold minutes .... " [H] scopes as suspicious, but as you can see in the blue rectangle I added, you didn't choose any scope related to these options, so they are inactive since they don't belong to any active [H] scope
To activate these scopes you should choose them as scope #1 or #2:
