Hello Senior Members. Recently found this thread while searching Forex DASHBOARD on you-tube. Had gone through first few pages and need lot of courage to go through all of them, maybe need a month to do that. I have already installed EA and 2 pins successfully (thanks to detailed first post and video). As I can see, 3000+ attached files and 230+ pages here, can somebody (regular member here) help the new comers by giving below information and summary 1- Best Templates 2- Best Preset files 2- Best Pins. (there are hundreds of PINs discussed here,...
The newbie tpl you will make probably will be greener _/
Best way to learn this little monster is by finding faults when things go wrong_
Here are some sets used in the past, i just needed few mints to modify to the current Eax i am using now
as months ago when i tried those i had otehr old Eax sets ,,,
Use it Pin(less) first, with no Pins, with Ma's with Base/quote Ratio/heiken_ashi/bid ratio,, whatsoever is good to test and see ..
then use it by putting one Pin only,

Eax if i remember well has 630 Plus Entries of which 500+ Are effective Parameters
most of the questions are answered by the Eax itself when looking at them and everytime you change something
go back look at chart what happened .. what changed _/
Do things, try for a month, observe, watch, write down notes, find the good strategy for you
... and after you will have some sleepless nights, you will start see some light
but that will be your light, your understanding_
Things we borrow from others they can be taken away from us, but things we learn on our own
they belong to us and nobody can take them away from us _

Hey guys, so after a very long time I am reattempting to try the EAX dash again, and give it a go yay. 
I've loaded up 3 charts to start, all with different pins, and settings for various tests. So far all seems good except for a few things. The main thing is that the dash doesn't seem to update itself, and display everything properly as can be seen in the screenshot.
I've tried to right click > Expert >Properties > OK, also reloaded the template, opened a clean chart and reload EAX, restarted my platform, but there's no change, its still the same.
Also the pins columns don't show properly, they seem to blink on and off form the columns, and I have columns showing signals from pins which aren't there. I thought that when doing all the above it would update itself, but nothing.
So any ideas of how to fix this? Thanks.

use reset pin and reset eax buttons.

I see you have "Any Entry" highlighted at the top of the Pins, what that does, if you have more than one pin, EAX will act based on ANY of the Pins - if you deselect (un-highlight) that and have multiple Pins #'s highlighted then the filter works on all of the Pins (they must all pass for an action signal to be passed to EAX.)
The only other suggestion to fix is to a complete cold reboot of your computer (may or may not work) and can be very inconvenient at times.
If none of the suggestions made here so far, mine and others, work I am out of ideas and would go direct to who I call the living "Reference Book"

I see also pairs not enabled why ?
HI 3 questions _
-Did you by any chance touch the 1st and the 5th Eax parameter ?
Setting the "auto enable all symbol at start by default" to false will usually
not show pairs ,,
-So i thought maybe you did that and then enabled some pairs by clicking on it manually ?
just guessing based on errors i did too in the past _
Also i see the trades are opened for those pairs which have not been enabled
so i guess it means Eax was loaded first/ took those trades and then you disabled pairs by hands ?
Best thing would be putting some of the sets posted on here , any set and see if it works that way
i remeber husky posted a set on here Post 6,644
and will be good to know if it works for you, also good to see from Husky who knows Eax so well
how he makes sets_

Frozen is why I suggested a reboot if reload and restart terminal does not work.
