I received this email today. Seems it will be soon to have my money back. Just wait and be patient. Dear Sir/Madam Alpari (UK) Limited (in special administration) (the "Company") Thank you for agreeing your claim in the Claims Portal and providing the necessary documentation to evidence a change to either your personal information or bank details from those held on the Companys records. We can confirm that the documentation that you have provided has been examined and confirmed as sufficient to enable your claim to progress. Please note that we...

Please note when i agreed on the portal claim and chose fscs. I was asked to upload a recent bank statement of account. Before getting this email, i got an email that my claims were passed to fscs. I guess the kast emailnis an approval on my statement of account uploaded doc.

Unless the fscs rejected all those who r not in eu or british citezens and passed them back to the company without our knowkedge!!! I hope not. Lets wait and see

Yes I chose FSCS. I am lead to believe that people in the first tranche shouldn't have gotten this email because they didn't (have to) submit any extra or new, documentation to complete the claims process on the portal. People who did, were put into the second tranche while their documentation was being reviewed.

No, that can't be it - I had to submit documentation and were in the first tranche.

I've not changed bank details, but I corrected personal data - and for that, they asked me to submit bank details again. And I was in first tranche.

You guys need to calm down... there can be numerous reasons for then to put you in the second tranche - they can (for example) have dealt with Europeans first, or with a certain amount of due money.

Did you not choose to continue your claim with KPMG in the portal?
If you did then you have to wait until KPMG make distributions not the FSCS.

I logged in the claim portal just now and found it changed. But I didn't receive any notification email about this. This is strange. Already uploaded documents on April, why need to do it again?

People in the second tranche have had their claims portal accounts updated to allow them to upload any other required documents "if necessary". KPMG will email you IF this is necessary. It's currently not necessary but they have updated our accounts to let us do so if FSCS says it's required.

Yes, alot of us recieved an email on Friday saying our uploaded documents have been reviewed and were deemed sufficient and that our claims could now be processed for the FSCS.

KPMG support said they would contact us again via email "IF" any further documentation was required. Until then there is no need to log into the claims portal.
