I agreed in april and chosen FSCS. Now I just received this from KPMG:

I got the same email as you. i guess this to confirm everything and that we will be in the second tranche.we all chose FsCs right?
The question is did anyone from the first tranche got like this email before?

Firstly, thanks cobra for the information.

Secondly I have not received that email. I got an email from kpmg when I first agreed the claim but nothing from fscs as yet

Yes I chose FSCS.
I am lead to believe that people in the first tranche shouldn't have gotten this email because they didn't (have to) submit any extra or new, documentation to complete the claims process on the portal. People who did, were put into the second tranche while their documentation was being reviewed.

The email we are all now getting is from KPMG not FSCS.

I have also just received this email. I am however disappointed as I agreed my balance and I ONLY changed my physical address with supporting docs on the 22nd of April already.

Why does it take them one month to send me this mail. My frustration is reaching a new level.
I was expecting a different email confirming that I am in the second tranche and that I will receive my funds in the next couple of days.

This email does not confirm payment at all.

I also received the same mail and I am terribly worried now. There is no need for any verification as far as my account is concerned. I completed documentation in 2009 before I started to trade with them

I don't want to give fillip to my fears. I have fears that FSCS may not want to use British taxpayer money to settle outsiders of EU

Are they passing us back to KPMG? This mail is not from FSCS, this is frightening

Cobra.. Dont worry cuz i got an email from kpmg 2 days ago when i requested some clarifications about payments they confirmed that my claims were passed to fscs. I guess that the recent email that we got today is an indirect confirmation that we will be compensated with fscs. After we submitted the right documentions for them.

pls if you got that mail.reply to fscs telling them that you did not change your bank detail or any information held in the company account records so that some one else do not take your money, pls thats the implication of that mail. somthing is wrong somewhere.
