Again today, Friday, the 9:15h VB did not trigger, but the 10:30h did and closed in profit. I noticed that the VB after 1h operation timeout ran out with negative pips of abouut 100 two times. I don't know whether coincidence or perhaps did anybody else make similar experiences?

I allowed the ccfp EA to run at the preset time with the preset that MRFX provided. Of course, we do not trade Fridays, but as expected the result was a loss. So the fact that your's did not trigger is a good thing

I did something similar and the result 2.5% reached in 26 minutes after trigger - wow - but with the CCFp indicator on another account, it triggered the virtual basket, opened at 9:15, and the result was a loss.

Folks:

These are issues that were discussed back in 2017. What is happening is that there are several fluctuations that affect the results.
1. Spread of each pair at open
2. Broker feed of each pair at open
3. Spread of each pair at open
4. Broker feed of each pair at open.
5. broker lotsize value fluctuates from time to time.

So even if you are using the same broker, same feed, the spreads and/or lotsize value can change the results of the basket.
Remember when you open a basket of pairs the profit gets amplified such that it only takes a couple of pips to trigger or not trigger a basket
Or a couple of pips to hit or not hit TP or even SL.

AND number 6
AS the basket is being closed there is a small delay from first pair to the last pair. This can cause the results of the final profit to be different.

go into OPTIONS and in the HISTORY section up your history bars. Both of them, if you need to go as hit as 500,000 on each

One more thing you can also try. Its a pain in the ass but I have done this before.

Go each of the major Pairs (EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, AUDUSD, USDCHF)
and on each of them click on EACH of the 9 time periods. M1-MN

Yea its a pain but in the past, I would do this...

Thanks for info Jess...perhaps I did not correctly express myself. I did not make a loss on Friday 9:15h because VB did not trigger at that time .
Instead I made a win on a second attempt on 10:30h VB . Testing on Friday just out of curiosity!

I found using MRDFX's analogy, that using the 1400 GMT, 2hours past NY open, I got 2 winners IN addition to the 0915 of this week.

Interesting that yesterday my VB did not trigger, but overall closed the week on +6.3% which is not bad at all. And this was only from my daily preset!

I'm happy to see some of you using my preset as a base for further experimentation.

I don't doubt that there are other times during the day that it can also be profitable as the market and currency strength is always changing throughout the day. Keep testing and sharing your results!

Where is it in the EA that restricts Friday trading? No trade days are blank, so every day of the week should trade, correct?
My example above I triggered by changing the time.
