Hello Michael.MSA, the upper trigger I use is based on many many months of experimentation. I had initially used a 20 pip trigger, but found it was too tight so I increased it to 25 then 30 which I have find as a good balance for the upper trigger. If a basket hits 30 pip trigger then there is a better chance that the basket has momentum and should reach profit, but of course this is not always the case and sometimes a basket can still turn and hit SL, but the trigger I use certainly helps to stay out of the market when things are not moving our way.

Hey guys so for those of you that have been following my journey to find a successful and consistent daily set will know its been a long one! For nearly 3 years I've been searching for a set up than can be traded everyday successfully. I think I must have tested hundreds of various settings over the past 33 months, sometimes getting close, but not quite there yet until now! All my time and effort has finally paid off and I finally have a consistent profitable daily setting.

This setting has been tested since last year and it has been profitable through all kinds of market conditions. It has made a total of +110.07% over the last 9 months for an average monthly profit of +12.23% which is really good IMO. There has been no manual intervention or action from me at all, and this has been a true set & forget approach.

Now this daily set does not shoot for big profits, it takes advantage of the London session momentum and aims for a safe small profit which over the course of the month adds up to a good low risk profit, which for a system that requires no manual intervention is excellent IMO.

Attached you will find the indicator preset, EA preset, and template. The settings of the EA is exactly how I am using it on my live account. You can leave it as is or as I'm sure some of you will do, you will change some settings. I would say the main things that can maybe be changed if needed to, and based on your risk tolerance is the SL & TP % inputs and the lots per balance inputs. I guess you could scale it up if you wanted to try get more profit or scale it down to lower the risk even more, its up to you, but the preset post here is the one I use myself.

So guys that's it, finally huh! Man its been a long and sometimes frustrating journey! There were times that I really wanted to just give up as I thought it was not possible to find a consistent daily setting, but I was too damn stubborn and thankfully I didn't give up cos here we are! I honestly can't even remember how many combinations of settings must have I tested, testing different indicator settings, and EA settings, and all kinds of different TP's and lot sizes etc etc.. Believe me when I tell you that this preset is the ONE lol. You can try looking for yourself, but I can promise you that I've probably already tried it.

Thanks Hercs for the kind words, but I do need to point out that neither the strategy, indicator, nor the EA is mine, all credit goes to Forexpinbar for starting this thread, grandaevus for giving us this powerful CSM indicator, and xmess7 for creating this amazing EA.

I only used the tools given to us and found a way to make them work together successfully and contributed to the forum by sharing my efforts.

Same here, no trigger.
In my case I am using a LMAX variant called FFTrader.SRO

Guys, if u look at your Expert Logs, the EA will record WHY it didn't open the vBasket.
For me, the operation time (1 hr) ran out and the vBasket closed with -217 pips.
I am going to add the MAx/Min the vbasket was at that state as well.
Since many do not check the expert log, I will post the results on the display.
