DislikedDid the first tranche really existed?? as i said in my last message, who knows if the guys who said here they got payment in the 1 tranche were not members of FCS Lying or something. What is happening is a shame, and it dont have sense that in the 1 tranche they did the things "right" and in this 2 one everything is like this. DislikedI fully agree that everybody should stand together and start complaining about the poor service we are getting from FSCS/KPMG. FSCS replied to my mail send to them this past Monday. They acknowledged my complain and undertook to give me an explanation or proper answer within the next 20 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't expected any of this to happen to me whilst I ENTRUSTED my money with regulators who are supposedly working from a FIRST world country. This is going from one low to another low.......Ignored
Dislikedguys just got this email from FSCS today. I can confirm that we now have an agreed balance for your claim and that your account has been verified in line with money laundering regulation. You should therefore be on our next Alpari payment run, which we hope to make in the near future. but did not specify when in the future.Ignored
Dislikedcalled FSCS, spoke to Garry who confirmed "we had some issues, we have ironed them out etc". kept saying payment out in the next few days, when asked if they would include the weekend as part of those next few days he wouldn't confirm. asked him why he is repeating the same story he told me 2 weeks ago, didn't respond with a clear answer. Asked him why i didn't get an email saying there would be a delay in payment his answer was "we don't send email informing people of delays." Bottom line, these guys are not confirming anything anymore. I guess...Ignored
