As I predict that FSCS is pretending working to settle the issue seriously, BUTTTTTTT they just let the clients FORGET and Be TIRED to wait, then no need to pay out the clients money.

Did the first tranche really existed?? as i said in my last message, who knows if the guys who said here they got payment in the 1 tranche were not members of FCS Lying or something.
What is happening is a shame, and it dont have sense that in the 1 tranche they did the things "right" and in this 2 one everything is like this.
This is a shame man, give back our fucking money

OK, have just phoned them and spoke to a guy who is actuall y dealing with it. The email and info referring to the end of July is false. They are hoping to pay by next week. I asked what the hell is causing the delay as we have been damn patient. He says they are upgrading the computer system to make it more efficient. I said but the system worked fine when paying the first tranche. He said many people have changed their mind after initially accepting 55 cents from kpmg and now changed their claim to fscs which has added to the already huge volume and made things more complex. I said that those people should go to the end of the queue.
Anyway, as soon as they sort out the technical issues associated with the upgrade they will resume payments. Hoping for next week, but as we all know that is not guaranteed.
That's all I have.

I assigned my full claim to the FSC but KPMG paid out 55%.I don't know how that happened.I imagine that the FCA will sort out the remainder of the 45%....

Quite right Cobra. He said the email was news to him and that they had never said that it would be end of July.

If the fools had the decency to update us then we wouldn't have to rely on so-called wrong information. The fscs is a circus.

Well, the email may be false but judging by their practice, we might have to wait until the end of July to get our money back.

P.S who Updates their systems while in the middle of a program? You will have to be really foolish and have a high level of stupidity...

this makes me think, either they are that stupid or something is up behind closed doors...

that's the biggest load of bullshit going. they are not upgrading any computer systems. ring the it department on the same number to confirm.

you got fobbed off once again. I assigned my claim via FSCS from the start I got 55% already why should I have to wait to last to get the other 45% ????????

That's what I'm thinking aswell. Where those 2 currencies are in relation to the USD is getting increasingly favourable to us.

I got an email, in july 3. Then they said that we need wait the payment until next 7 days. So if in next 10 days no recieved information. They suggest us to contact them. (((again and again)))

Then.. will they repeat the same method in the next 10 days? Or they just pay our claims?
