A decent plus point is that for traders with UK bank accounts, GBPUSD is falling which will mean less deductions when it comes to the conversion.

Just as I have predicted. They have lied to us shamelessly on several occasions now.

Another excuse and another postponement of pay outs.

Agreed, hope a few more days of delay for me,greece is exiting and the pounds is collapsing.
What a pathetic organisation. This is now becoming farcical. And they don't even give a reason. What's to say late July doesn't turn into September? Lying scumbags.
Its even hard to believe that watching what is happening and this continuous delays without any sense some ppl got their payment in the 1 tranche.
Are we sure they even did a 1 tranche of payment? And if they did it right and in time why are they doing the things like this now? Its incredible, really.
They said the 3 tranche and the final tranche was going to be in the end of july, and the 2 one in the beggining of june.. and now this.
Are we sure guys that they are not doing like a conspirancy and the real thing is that they never did a first tranche of payment and all the ppl who were here and said they got the payment were ppl from fcs lying about the things?
I dont really know what to think now, i am going really mad
"FSCS are now sending out application forms to clients and this process may take some time."

When i called FSCS , they said they would send me application forms, that was several weeks ago and i haven't received anything yet.

Just spoke to Mr Gary.I mentioned about the assurances of being paid given to me the last couple of times I called.
So Mr Gary tells me he will not commit to anything but hopefully we will be paid quickly.These have some
"technical issues".The people who have a company a/c or have 2 a/c's will be sent a form. The rest
like me with 1 a/c sit and wait.The only good bit for me is the pound is going down ,so I wont loose a lot.
I hate when they refer to this thing as compensation. You are not compensating me, you hold my money with you and you SHOULD give it back to me, if possible with interests. This is BALDERDASH!!! You are not doing me any favour, you are not compensating me, you hold my money in trust!!!

I agree. Same with KPMG and all other 3-4 letters. Just take your money and you go and wait. And how long ?

Why do I feel like when they eventually pay out GBPUSD will have gone back up again? I dunno why but I feel like the 2 things are in synch.

I agree with you.

It is not as if they are doing us a favour by paying us back.

We have chosen to transfer money to Alpari because our funds are held in segregated accounts and is untouchable by uk laws. We have put our trust in a system which is now failing us due to their inabilities to perform normal admin procedures.

This have turned into a complete disaster where KPMG who has been appointed by the uk courts now have to give an update on behalf of FSCS who's house is clearly not in order.

Just when you think you are dealing with professional organizations in a first world country and trust them with your money........ they then go along and stuff the process up.

Shame on you KPMG and FSCS. Are you not supposed to work together and look after us??

I know everything that we are told should be taken with a grain of salt, but I'll pass on what FSCS told me today. I called this morning and was told that they were finishing the 'loading' of client data and that payment will be in the next day or so.

The optimistic guess on this would be that FSCS has broken the 2nd tranche into two parts - those for which they have all the info necessary and those for which they require forms to be completed. In which case there is no technical reason that would prevent (for those cases) the 2nd tranche payments being payed (just like those traders in the 1st tranche). So maybe some traders will receive some compensation possibly by this Friday. And a split in payment schedules for the 2nd tranche makes sense - why not pay those now for which FSCS has received all the information. Why hold it up for them - they are in no different a position than those in the 1st tranche after all.

The pessimistic guess is that KPMG is reporting accurately when it says FSCS will not pay out until late July. That's consistent with the delays upon delays that continually get announced.

Pessimist versus optimist - who knows who's right. I wouldn't be surprised if KPMG and FSCS are miscommunicating with each other and internally as well. So I won't be shocked if some trader do begiin receiving this week, despite what KPMG has just announced.

If anyone does, then well done and trade well!

Anyway - just sharing what I heard for what it's worth.

As I predict that FSCS is pretending working to settle the issue seriously, BUTTTTTTT they just let the clients FORGET and Be TIRED to wait, then no need to pay out the clients money.

This is really fucked up.
