Btw please be mindful of the settings. I see your settings is quite tight, grid is on 50 points.

And, please test it on demo first for sometime.

i did what you said but it stills keep active: no, it turns on but goes imediatly off
Have you checked off Expert Advisor Allowed in both Tools - Options, and in the epert advisor Common settings?

Yes. But if everything is right then I suspect maybe it's on broker side?It's prohibited to put such kind of grid order maybe?pls try same condition on demo or another broker

rename it to GT500.set, delete the .txt

we have 2 X longs and 2 X shorts on each cycle ....

what happens if ALL 4 are "activated/hit" ? is this a scenario that any of you encountered ? is (shouldnt) a "third" set of 1 X long and 1 X short entries open?

Your Open Type is 1, which means Dynamic Recreation (All Orders).
Once all 4 orders are executed, it will create another 2 orders (1 each side).

Ya, Tickmill quite fast. It is too bad they don't have cent accounts.
I never tried Pepperstone, probably you can try both Pepperstone and FxOpen. Give us feedback on how's the orders and the slippage.

sorry i forgot to explain myself better... what happens when those "extra" (recreation orders) are executed and both are hit as well? will another "set" open? thats what i meant to ask

Would you please enter your settings in the table I've attached and post it here so we can keep track of different settings. Later on, you can just add your results.

I've rebooted GT 1000 with 1.5x bigger lots and target, and make the timerange narrow until 10am SGT, with "Close when no open order" Open Type.
We'll see if this can go better.

In this set when u put TargetProfitMult=0.015 means would be more profit? would take so much time to the order close because of this higher profit?

I like the idea, this should be safer.
or maybe until 12am SGT the market is still slow.

I tempted to try this on live account too.
GT1000 with "close when no open order" 00:00 - 12:00 WIB.
so far I tried on demo 00:00 - 14:00 WIB also good..
the profit is okay. but most importantly i like the low drawdown

the original GT1000 00:00 - 14:00 WIB on 5000$ demo account (run for a month):

because there will be some order still opened and yet another cycle is going to start but can't...

so it's not good in my testing. then i tried to test it on separate account...


but maybe with the new feature like "close when no open order". this can be a solution?

I tried in the same acc (Demo) and it is giving good profits, not problems at all about cycles
