Ain't EC trading wonderful Waited to add another long at 1.2011 before the spike came, after the spike had bet on entering 1.2014 but market took it back to 1.2011 after 1.2025 instead after 1.2013(before spike)

But I don't give a s*** about the 10 pip spike as am all the time enjoying 3-5 pips entry/exit that only 2-3 times equates the one in lifetime 10 pip spike

I tell EC Bulls to keep on trading EC, longing 1.2010-13 and exiting for some 3-5 pips each time
Said it a day ago that as Swiss Gold BS nears EC trading would become better and better, more volatility, moves

I dunno, why dont you call the SNB and ask them!

I like to share with ppl here including Swiss Citizens what the Yes Vote Campaign are working on to convince you to vote for Gold Initiative

1. 1. No further Gold sales by the SNB!
2. 2. All Swiss Gold stored in Switzerland!
3. 3. The Swiss National Bank must keep at least 20% of total assets in the form of Gold!

If you say No to the Gold Initiative

These will be the consequences:

1. Switzerland’s economic policy will be dictated by the EU (Get the hell out of eurozone, change location)
2. Swiss Franc will be tied to a weak EU and a weak Euro(why hadn't you tell us that at the preparation of the Gold BS, EU was 1.3990)
3. UK and Canada will hold CHF 12 billion of our gold that we might never get back (Yeah, UK and Canada will steal Swiss Gold, WTF!! Give me a break)
4. Inflation and cost of living will increase dramatically(more than the current can never be!!!)
5. Swiss National Bank will print additional CHF 100s of billions(all banks do it to protect its currency, you don't know better than the Fed, BOJ, SNB and...)
6. Swiss Franc will go down. A weak currency leads to a weak economy(is the current SF value fair anyway, look what RBA saying about the AUD, you ain't better)
7. Switzerland will own at least CHF 400 billion of EU bonds that could become worthless(you are saying this now in EU worst situation, what about when the economy start improving)

Can the Swiss People afford this risk? (there's no risk STUPID)


Why vote “YES” for GOLD?
A Yes vote means that:

1. Switzerland will remain a strong independent nation not influenced by EU or USA(are you for real )
2. The Swiss Franc will be the only currency in the world (partially) backed by gold(what a great achievement!!, as if Gold something important, Gold as CHF both values must not be here!!, back to the $500max. Mrs. Gold)
3. The Swiss Franc will be very stable, leading to a strong economy(WOW, couldn't get this!!!)
4. Swiss National Bank can no longer gamble with our economy by printing hundreds of billions of worthless paper money(are you more knowledgeable than CB's, idiot!!! keeping 20% Gold under pillow more valuable than using money freely according to current market conditions an profiting from.......)

Amazing that you got 38% with you, didn't know before now that Swiss ppl who live in the highest quality in the world are that Smart

The spread's 2 to 3 pips and is scalping 3 pips worth it? On how much leverage and how many lots?
UJ moves 3 pips per second!!

What kind of comparison is that? UJ trades at 100+

1. What did the SNB do? Did they support the hopes of the masses, of all these SNB rooters ?
2. Yes, psychologically they did. For months they continued to vow that they might take further measures to weaken the franc, even if wording changed from the "massively overvalued franc" in August 2011 over "significantly overvalued franc" in January 2012 to "overvalued franc" recently.
3. But on the back-door of all this rhetoric they did the complete opposite: The central bank was happy to get rid of their Euros at a higher price than the floor they had set in September 2011 !

What's the problem of using "pips"?
You sure you on the correct forum? This is an FX forum, not equity.

You sure you know one pip in UJ is 0.01 not 0.0001 RIGHT? Y
so... UJ now @ 118, one pip is approx 1/11800. EC now @ 1.2000, one pip is approx 1/12000

So on a comparison point of view, the weight of a PIP is the same!
Of course, this is assuming you do know what a pip means.

This pair is dead for now.

it is artificially dead, i would recommend to be very attentive, referendum is coming, there can be very volatile days ahead.

Ofcourse you'll not gonna trade EC profitably when your broker have 2-3 pips spreads, some even are happily paying their broker negative swaps, change your broker

Leverage and lots nearly FULL according to your account size and 1.20 floor distance with some drawdown pips added in case...........

There's no comparison at all. When trading UJ or any other pair take profit pips at much higher numbers than EC but lots size is much higher for EC Trading than the others especially now as EC is near the floor by just 10-15 pips, so lots are crazily very high.
Hadn't went that deep in equation but surely 1 pip of EC = more than 100 pips of UJ calculating it in terms of lots size vs money gained.
In order not to get some stupid comments asking doubtfully how?

For example if I open 500 lots on EC position, then I open 10-20 lots only on other pairs, surely it also depends on account traded since EC account is just for 1 pair trading(EC) while other account/s might be for many pairs, so many different orders opened at same time but still total lots very low compared to EC trades, different take profit and stop loss.......Understand for God Sake
