HI Fellow trader,
I make this thread is to contribute analysis.
Type of analysis:
a)Technical Analysis
b)Fundamental Analysis
c)Intermarket Analysis.

The pairs in talk is GBP/CHF and USD/CHF.
About USD/CHF I see many threads but for GBP/CHF I did not see even one!
(maybe there are but I did not found)
and as I know many traders trade USD/CHF but not GBP/CHF.

The Reasons why traders does not trade GBP/CHF as I know:
a)Big spreads
b)Not favourite pairs
c)Maybe lack of analysis make by senior traders via internet

The reason why I open this thread for GBP/CHF discussion:
a)To full this thread with GBP/CHF related things.
b)To know is there any trader that trade this pair
c)To know how trader analysis this pair
d)To improve knowledge

Why I include USD/CHF on this thread:
a)I am afraid if no one interest in GBP/CHF pair
b)As some GBP/CHF pair moves also related to USD/CHF
c)I also love to see USD/CHF pair analysis

what about EURCHF

i trade gbpchf...its a lovely pair to trade....right now its caught in a range between 2.0220 and 2.0360...
I'm looking to short this pair, because of fundamental reasons but i'll only short if dollar start to lose value again. Maybe today if retail sales comes bad i do that (hope so). I think this pair can break the sup. 2.000 and resume the downtrend

well down below, it seems to have lot of support all the way down to 2.00 which has been a very tough nut to crack....this pair depends a lot on the value of gold.....gold is caught between 865 and 910 and hence this pair is also ranging for a few days now....till it breaks, lets play the range....

Yes, and gold is based on $, and it seems that gold is close to sup. @ 847.5 imo. So if we short the pair after a short dolar confirmation we can get a good entry with a possible breakout, if not we colect the pips.

i am out of this pair at this point of time....will watch PA if it comes near 2.0220 or 2.0360....

I don't think it's a good idea open a position before the retail sales report, and in my view this pair is in the middle range of a triangle 2.0040 2.0570

sorry i can't post the chart n i'm not referring anything, i'm just newbie who wants to learn here...but i see USD make CnH pattern almost everywhere USD/NOK, USD/SEK, USD/KK...
