As far as I can see there was no negative GBP news that came out. An ideas? This happened on some GBP crosses but not others.

Anyways... the "spike" was only 6 lousy pips lower than the low of the previous candlehowever if you really want the absolute answer, it was a simple retest of a previous support/resistance area as seen if you change to a 4hr chart.
