we could get a bounce at 81 -75 of the emas on the 1 hour on the 5 min looks like it wants to go short but it might wait till the 100 in blue comes up,, then we will break away 75%short at the moment i think 6874 i might load, it ??

My chart comes up with a valid bounce too. But i choose 1.6869 for reload. It is an astro / ema (24) on h1 timeframe indie.

my 4 hour is trying to confirm short i expect a break out soon 1 hour cross over red white emas

So everybody is shorting down into 1.6930 right? If that holds we could see 1.7 soon? I haven't had a chance to take any measurements but looks like a Gartley Crab set up

Actually just eyeballing a crab would come down into 1.6845 then head back North

My options would really appreciate a 200+ downward swing.

However, news today seemed to indicate that news setting up for Wednesday would bring us back to 1.70.

What professional trader do you think is going to sell after a massive sell off in a currency? Not oen that is making money! We had a good day yesterday is USD however GBPUSD still very much in bullish mode and I would be buying the best dips you can get!

Much of GU is dictated by EU moves.
If EU continues south 37-36 you can be pretty sure GU will continue south as well.
Its as simple as that.No need for complications.
91.4% weekly positive correlation.

Could you say the same on opposite direction? You sure can.Price can go up after massive surge up and then some more and then some more.

Just for reference Donchian did exactly that.Buy/sell after break out and buy/sell some more.Entire Turtle trading is based upon his ideas.

Alright I wanted to get back to that Crab pattern. I don't know how to post charts so until I do here is what Im thinking.

On the 6TH Cable reached a high of 1.6996. Thats "X" On the 9TH the price was 1.68322. Thats "A"

On the 12th we had a retrace of X-A leg of 45% to 1.6898

Then same day a retrace of A-B of 55% to 1.6861.

OK now to complete a Crab we need and extension of A-B of 224% to 361.8% correct? OK, a 2.24 extension takes us to 1.699.

If PA does go to 68 I'll bail out.Thurs is unemployment numbers.Last month it surged forcefully up and prefer not experiancing the same.
