Itsallover, you referred me to LW's method of trading TMS last night but I've been through God knows how many pages and can't find it. Can you please point me in the general direction of the pages she goes through it? Cheers.
These are the best examples I could find. The last one is 1Hr and 4 Hr but the concept remains the same.

Erl, thanks again for your input!
Money management is something I have read up on and fully understand the importance of. At this stage though, I was just focussing on my entries/ exits in a demo account. I have decided to spend some time focussing on the daily charts since I often struggle to look at the 4Hr's whilst at work. I think this will suit my current lifestyle better, but I just hope I can force myself to become comfortable with the time-frame.

Good "morning" everyone Didn't have time to post earlier.
No 6am trades for me... I simply overslept, don't even remember turning off my alarm clock
10am:
- Gold short - H1 and H4 TDI "5 o'clock angle" bounce, H4 Stochs below 50 and angling down. PA: nice D1 downtrend, H4 broke through support around 1288.648. I don't see any particular H4 candle patterns and I'll be grateful if someone shared their opinion. Small scalp - I closed before 2pm and 2:30 USD news whipsaw 
It's my 5MA template on the screenshot, but I find bounce trades easier to analyse with PAC instead of 5MA
