Really the same thing...either you can make babies or you can import them... but without lots of babies, there is no growth. India does the first, Canada and the US do the second, and Europe and Japan do none of the above. China is a special case... as with so many other things they have a hidden advantage nobody knows about.

However, just to be disagreeableI would like to point out that historically resource strong nations are much more likely to very poorly at pretty much everything. They end up with one horse economies with a government that controls that one resource. It is called the Dutch disease. But it could also be called the Oil disease or the African disease.

I am leaving for approx 2 hrs. Managed to retake my losses from yesterday by some wild and a bit reckless scalping with bollinger. When people are waiting for the move, and it is approximately scheduled, BB work great.

I hope we will know if Market thinks&stinks as I expect it to. If not, then maybe some shorting today?

vast water... indonesia has untapped hydropower and geothermal sources a lot of them. and solar should be good and wind too. overall great place for renewable resources.

Thats the real fact. Not only the likelihood but it is actually a fact that the richest nations in natural resources are the poorest with very few exceptions (Norway, Canada and Australia) the other over 150 countries that control the bulk (90%) of the natural resources are poor or underdeveloped.

Having natural resources make things a lot easier but is technically not the reason for wealth and development ...Switzerland should be Swaziland, and Peru should be Germany if the correlation were 1 to 1...Sounds good in theory but in reality is not true that natural resources = wealth and prosperity....

Oh I absolutely agree. I was only saying that the leading and emerging economies with natural resources have the advantage.

Italy Sells EU7.93 Billion of Bonds, Less Than Maximum Target

Italy sold 7.93 billion euros ($11.24 billion) of bonds, less than the maximum target for the auction, after Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi vowed to boost economic growth and cut debt to fight Europe’s sovereign crisis.
The Rome-based Treasury sold 3.08 billion euros in bonds due in 2014 to yield 4.93 percent, up from 4.68 percent at the last auction of the same securities on Sept. 29. Demand was 1.35 times the amount on offer, compared with 1.36 last month.
Italy also sold 2.98 billion euros of bonds due in 2022 to yield 6.06 percent, 871 million euros of bonds due 2019 to yield 5.81 percent and 1 billion euros of floating-rate bonds due 2017 to yield 5.59 percent. The Treasury had aimed to sell as much as 8.5 billion euros in today’s auction.
“All in all, today’s auction was not very satisfying,” Annalisa Piazza, a fixed-income strategist at Newedge Group in London. Although the European Union summit that ended yesterday in Brussels “welcomed the new measures the government is planning to implement in the next eight months to ‘change’ the Italian economy, markets remain skeptical about the outcome.”

i think so. you should talk to him. its not healthy as a trader to lie and do that.

i tried my best, and i dont want to hurt his feelings and all.

i spotted the fakes 3 times. trade proofs are fake. no arrows or sell buy lines.
