The problem seems to be you don't have any currency pairs loaded in either the FX Board or L2. See my screenshot.

Would like to hear from users of the MBT sponsored Photon VPS service....

I currently use another service but am considering switching to this one for the cost bennies..

Anyone have praise or complaints ? like to hear them...

How's the up time during trading hours? Ease of setup?

What about the 500 GB per month bandwidth... Is that sufficient for a couple of MT4 installs 24/5?

Is desktop response good? ( must say this is worst aspect on my current provider) as it is my first experience with Vps have no idea if it is the norm...

Anyone got anything to say?

Hey Justin,

I checked out the MBT Web 1.0 at work a few minutes ago, I'm not able to see any quotes or add anything to L2. It gives me a message along the lines of not being authorized to view quotes. I noticed it lists two accounts, one being a demo and one being my real account, however switching between the two did not make any difference.

I am on a live trade on EU right now and MBtrading metatrader server LIVE account went down on me RIGHT NOW . anyone else got the same problem?

I tried logging on demo server and it works fine only LIVE is down, anyone else?
Yep I'm down too...connection has been up and down every few minutes for about half an hour now...not as urgent for me as I have no trades open....but I do have some nice gaps on my charts now...

Yup, same here. It's going up and down, down mostly.
can anyone from MB tell us at least what is happening on the metatrader live server? I have a friend who has a live navigator account and he never encountered any disconnection. . .

is it safer to just switch to a navigator account?
I just start move some of my fund into live account with MBT trading. Now it seems that live account kept saying no connection??? Do anyone knows what is going on? Does it happen all the time???

When are they going to bring it up, big news in 19 minutes and metatrader not working wow.
Beyond no connection.....in my case......I have several OPEN POSITIONS that I did NOT place. A few associates of mine have the same issue.

Ive been hugely disapointed in MBT Metatrader! Right now the system is down, yes, and showing 2 positions I didn't enter. I finally after 15 minutes got through to them and they admitted these were erronious positions and they'd "take care" of it. This kind of thing is getting very old very fast! They have slipped me 20 pips, in slow market conditions, and sometimes theyve corrected it when I called, sometimes not. I have serious doubts about their integrity and would never recommend them. I haven't had this problem on the navigator platform
Just before I called them....my erroneous positions are gone and my balance is where it was. My friend still has his BS positions open and is near a margin call because of it. Further.....in my case.....the server was down.....charts frozen....but price on the BS positions was changing constantly and they could not be closed.

We really need an explanation for this. I am just glad I did not have any positions open at the time!

Very funny. It is safer to just switch to another broker. I'm one of Brunite's associates he referred to above, I still have quite a few erroneous positions open, and the servers are frozen. I managed to talk to their rep who promised to take care of this crap, but God, I don't want to go through this drama! (currently 30% DD, at one point there was almost a margin call) It happened to me in the past, I lost several bucks, was never reimbursed, promised to myself to go to another broker, was too lazy to do that - and now I pay for my own foolishness.

yes, this sucks man.., good thing went it went up for a few i managed to close my position for a few pips of profit.

Anyway, i can confirm that on a NAVIGATOR ACCOUNT LIVE ACCOUNT IS UP. what gives, only metatrader live is down?

I will look for another metatrader broker. I mean there is no excuse for this. Your not a game, peoples money is at risk. And you have been down for a while.

platform no connection,

we'll see what they do ...

so far not good. the trade desk told me not to do anything and transferred me to support then support told me I need to talk to trade desk... humm...
Crap I just came back from dinner and see I have open positions showing too....that I didn't place....
Account balance is where it should be. But now....my account history is gone. There is no accessibility to any of my past activity. And; the platform is STILL as frozen as a bag of peas.


"May you live in interesting times"........what exactly did that guy mean when he told me that......?
