GBP/USD: Buy Stops Tripped En Route to pre-2.0350 Highs London, December 7. Tripped buy stops above 2.0312 (yesterday"s peak) and 2.0320 have helped inflate cable to two-day highs within a tenth-of-a-cent of touted offers at 2.0350. Further buy stops reportedly reside north of 2.0350.
Corporate buying of cable is being tipped as a major factor in this morning"s rise from an early Europe intra-day low of 2.0221. Today"s Asian session range was 2.0228-2.0288.

I had two long trades. My analysis said cable will long. Was 75 pips down yesterday but QS thanks to your confidence I kept my trade and did not take the loss. Now first trade 83 pips up and second one moved S/L to B/E. My trade but your confidence Thanks!

It broke through it's range relatively easy, and has not tested it much, yet, so we may see a nice up move today.

Bottom Line Unfazed by ADP's aggressive estimate on private job growth of
189k, IFR sees November payroll growth of 65k. Net of an estimated 20k rise in
government employment, private job growth would be around 45k, the lowest since
August. Whether by revision or by a weaker current print, average job growth in
October and November should be only slightly above its Q3 average (93k) and the
year-ago growth rate would slow to 1.1%, the lowest since April 2004.
An anticipated 181k oscillation (higher) in the labor force should partly
mask an estimated 118k increase in the number of unemployment to leave the
jobless rate at 4.799%, the highest since December 2005 (4.884%). Even with a
back-to-back drop in the labor force (which hasn t happened in two years), a
4.9% unemployment rate is highly unlikely. Nevertheless, if fulfilled,
November's will be the seventh increase in the unemployment rate in the last
eight months. We expect the unemployment rate to reach a maximum of 5.3% in June
2008 (almost linearly) before gently rolling over.
The regular workweek should hold at 33.8 hours in November, while growth in
average hourly earnings should return to 0.3%, up from 0.2% in October.
Strike actions should undercut payrolls by 7,700 with 4,000 coming from the
information category (Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers) and
3,700 out of the manufacturing sector (International Truck and Engine
Corporation).
We see a continued drift in construction employment (e: -16k) and a
comparatively small loss in manufacturing (e: -13k). After a 1k increase in
natural resources and mining, total declines in goods-producing industries would
be 28k, in between the declines in September (-31k) and October (-24k).
Among service-producing industries, we estimate losses in three key
industries: information (e: -5k), financial activities (e: -8k) and "other
services" (e: -2k). Professional and business services jobs are seen increasing
only 17k, in sharp contrast to the 65k jump in October but consistent with the
industry's trend growth rate in the first nine months of 2007. Education and
health services employment should increase a further 36k in November, bringing
the growth rate over the last 12 months to 3.2%. Accordingly, the largest
service-producing industry by employment also has the fastest employment growth
rate.
Bolstered by the weak dollar's positive influence on tourism from abroad,
employment in leisure and hospitality should build on its superlative gains in
September and October (+50k and +56k, respectively). We have government payrolls
rising by 20k, down from an average 41k over the prior three months but
consistent with the 12-month average (19k) and well above the November 2006
increase (6k).
One of our wildcards is employment in trade, transportation and utilities.
After two straight months of 10k increases and a 12-month average of 10k, we
have wholesale trade employment rising by just 1k in November. Such would be the
lowest growth since March but analogous to the deterioration in ISM. Retail
trade is scratching for its first gain in four months but the large drop in
October (-22k) suggests small to moderate growth in November (e: 1k).
Transportation and warehousing showed no employment growth in October, though it
added 13k jobs in September, the most in 10 months. We estimate a 1k increase
here and in utilities employment as well.

Yes long and take out everything you have 15 or 30 mins before NFP. If NFP news move cable down then you buy again frop dip.

If NFP news move down and break yesterday low... Don't do anything!
