I learn something too. Should've trust my system. I jump out from the long train very early becoz i am unable to be in front of the computer for a few hours. And i missed the whole shoot up train today. A potential profits that i should've grab = loses.

lot to know first
when entered - i.e can you lock a few pips in and trail a SL?
what is your system telling you - is it still giving good long signals or is it turning to short.
what was your original target?

I was hoping for 2.0540. It doesn't seem to want to go beyond 466. I only have 13-14 pips now..got in late. Volume has fallen off but that is probably the weekend. Up volume is higher than down..it still looks like it could push up...I believe.
there's never a got in late, it's either i panic entered or my indicators were turned off.
sorry there's no easy anwser to your dilema, i would suggest that you don't enter so late in the trading week, especially when it's the last trading day of the month, fortunatly you didn't lose to much if your SL has been hit.
when did yor indictor tell you to enter? puhaps these need adjusting.
don't panic this thing is going up, but you will have the chance next week to buy at abetter price.

I started to write again a big constructive post trying to talk you out again of that trade, because you based it on the thing you never liked... overbought indicators.
Anyway, i was trying to give another view, like you gave to me when i shorted an oversold UJ in August (view that i accepted because i want to make money not to take medals like you said), but in the end do you know what i thought?
I thought... "i said this so many times that this guy will get angry at me without a reason. Maybe is better not to help and keep the good ambient."
In the last days, i was wondering, "when this start to correct eventually, we are back to the boring trading days, without EU GU and UJ trending."
So today, contrary to what you think i didn't even catched the entire move because i trailed to lock profit and i got "trailed out"
In fact i spent most of the evening looking at several charts to discover more trending pairs, with aceptable spreads, that would continue to trend in times when EU and GU are correcting. Or in other words, pairs that are not directly connected to the USD and the carries.
I thought about share here because we tend to forget about that pairs and i know that you don't like corrections, and i also know that you would like to throw a mini lot to a trending pair, and keep trailing it until EU and GU resumed.
Today i'm seeing that not only i was right trying to avoid to help you being MORE PATIENT, but SeekingLight was right too about you being rude.
Fortunally i know that it was your loss talking, but that does it.
There is a difference between "i told ya so" after a ridiculous lucky call, and "i told ya so" after spoting a big technical error and alerting you about it... to be more conservative! Which is always good in trading.
SeekingLight might be a showboat but he sure knows well about trending or reversing. A guy at DailyFx sayed in one article, "shorting just because is "too high" is a ticket to go broke". I didn't invented this despite i know it for many time now.
I'm sorry if you didn't understood what i meant. I know i can make a little laugh in between but the real point was to make you register your error for you to never do it again.
And about ClockTrader is the same. Everyone knows what kind of feeling is that, and i thought it would be better for him to say it out loud and never repeat again.
Damn... another day i even asked for a tip from Bullrock to help me make the transistion to the daily chart, since i'm better in medium term moves, and i want to explore that.

But Suntrader must be right. I'm just bashing this thread for no reason at all since it's a perfect haven of nice behavior, courtesy and helpfulness.
Must have an axe to grind and all that. Out of the blue. No reason. Or maybe because I secretly blew my account 50 times without me knowing about it. Something. Anything. Just not because maybe there might be something to the fact that there's negativity radiating from some of the things going on here or that people are actually directly insulted(forum rules anyone?).
Or maybe, just maybe, it could be me not wanting people with experience(WTB and whoever else probably was affected) leave not only this thread but FF completely because some people have no manners, virtual or otherwise, and take out their anger and problems on others.
If only we'd all seperate trading and emotions more...then I probably wouldn't have posted this, either. I still lack detachment.
I still feel too strongly about things that I should just let go, because I can't change other people if they can't change(aren't willing to change) themselves.

I respect your trading ability but sometimes have a problem with how you go about explaining or complaining (which we all seems to do) about others.
As for who have come and gone here on Cable Update - the same has happened on any other thread here on FF.
But I think you may want to read some of what "the latest to leave C U" has posted before and I am not talking about just recently. Although it has been going on for a while so I wouldn't expect you to go through weeks and weeks of posts.
What I have decided to do since early Sept is to take advantage of the ignore feature which now I have easily 15 in the bin. This includes many of the ones with single digit posts who are already pros shorting uptrend etc etc.
In the meantime have a good weekend and forgot about us over here.
