Maybe it's going back to 1.33. 1.33 seems to be to GU what 3, 7 and 12 are to the bible.
Although, the DXY hasn't broken out, and it could still be forming a bear flag

As far as I can see, there is currently hardly any correlation between GU and the DXY.

It will break down and get to that lower zone no matter how long it takes. That's what I call deception! However, it looks as though price has decoupled from the DXY. Maybe there is a lot of buyers on GU that need to be taken out and that means price might fall until that happens. Also today is month end.

That close above 3429 multi year high was the bait used to induce buying or make sellers stay away. It certainly feels wrong missing out on the dump.

after long consolidation ranging price action, gu potential short setups are forming.
