If you aren't too leveraged, I'd suggest to hold your shorts until you get a daily close above 2710-20. I fully expected this rise today for reasons I have shared here in the past.

1. Price should correct down to even below 2630. But London MUST set/touch the highs before a dump. The last high was set by Asia on Thursday night. Asia does not set highs or lows for large moves. I knew today was a buy because Asia set today's high again and London must want to touch it.

2. New York has broken Asia's high which has set London up nicely to spike the highs on Monday, set the top and then set the stage ready for a move down at least 100 pips.

3. There are other factors I don't have the time to share here and now.

4. If we get a daily close above 2710-20 then I'll stay away from shorts until 2640 is broken down.

Next target is 2730 and then 2810. Kindly switch to the 4hr chart and see what might happen. If lots of small fish buy tonight they will zip it down on Monday to 2639 support to form the right shoulder of an inverse head and shoulders. If there is a lot of new shorts on Monday price will race straight to 2800-2810. Will short 2810 if it comes up. If price drops to 2639 I will buy for a rise to 2810. Which ever comes first will decide my action. Good night folk.

Usdx down but daily weekly tl hold as before , , so chance bounce at least multi weeks possibly , even after a little down next week.

last week also previous low was respected at the last few hours even wheraese . others play more than expected and all on a sudden ,so others may likely fall more than expected as well , but still in bull set up ! lets see
anyway all played in expected levels with high risks areas , bounce continued when usdx continue tanking , no exact but more or less ok !

...a bullish dly close on friday after price indeed did find support in the prev 1hr/minor 4hr sw lo zone = prev supp = pot supp that extends down to thur's 2643 lo. The aforementioned greater probability of an upside follow-thru on thur's dly bullish-thrust candle (whilst price remains above it's lo) also played out. 2700 is the fri/wkly close, just off it's 2711 hi. So, as mentioned, a solid bullish candle close on fri's dly, and a solid bullish-thrust candle close on the wkly.

The wkly close in particular at least implies more upside at some point, so what do the longer-term bulls have in sight? The next obvious prev dly sw hi is that @ 2804, (this a prev 1hr/4hr/dly sw hi zone = prev res = pot res, and this coexistent with the same up to 2823, (a minor prev dly sw hi though.) Beyond that the prev wkly sw hi @ 2893. Of course, even if price makes a move to achieve 2804, there are potential res/sbr factors on the 4hr and 1hr chart between fri's 2700 close, and that said 2804 prev dly sw hi.
