12480 is a tough area, a break above would be bad news for bears in the short term however if you look at the rest of the week there isn’t too much data left that could pull it up to over 125.

All ok, but market may change her mind, specially when it seems tough more bounce to bull and many may bear side and better make a twist to bear posiible For market,, a spike up to bear continue after getting handsome sl! So still extend d possible as last leg up for down!
Again h4 tf insider bar Nr4 running, 5th h4 candle may burst, over night burst up may tough, so nr7 may range for next day burst the range 2416 to 2481!
Last leg up not healthy bounce, struggling a lot without active bear!

USD/JPY exchange rate is hurting Japan. BoJ cannot afford to raise rates too much, so the only thing they can do is ask for the favour from the US to help them deal with the exchange rate by either joint intervention or Fed cutting rates sooner then later.

I'm also watching if USD/JPY will even hit 155 or won't. Fed started intervening into a debt market and that should weaken the USD.

I think it's wise not to overthink this and miss the intervention because we think it might be 160 or 200 in the future. That doesn't matter right now, what matters is that we catch that intervention.

Japan will definitely not going to wait for either 160 or 200 to start intervention, because it would be beyond pointless.

They need to buy the time and as much of the time they can get. By threats, by raising rates and by intervention until something goes off which will attract investors in JPY or when other CB start cutting rates which would lower the difference as ease some pressure on the JPY.

Meanwhile you have the rest of the CB crushing consumer with high inflation and high interest rates. This won't go on forever.
