for now i am leaning on the bullish side.. would like a drop before the news for longs ---- but i could very well be wrong and get my ass handed to me again so dont follow me unless its small risk

The US is proof that you can even issue more debt to pay your interest on the debt as long as markets keep buying the debt, you can pretend that your GDP is able to cover the interest payments on the debt and inflation can be controlled in the country.

Gilt up = futures or stock bearish, which was the case last year as gilts were bought.

Gilts sold/bearish chart = futures/stock/GBP bullish/long -this is more likely to expect.

All depends of interception of business investors, just follow the market news, we will know.

Same, weekly is clear bear, but why is holding?

I am still in bearish mood and can be wrong, so best to stay neutral and open minded.

Short or long for me will depend on market before news, still biased up for now but if cable keeps climbing before news i will probably short. i need to see the price action first and then decide

so i searched for his profile ..he was busy in the early FF days..even gave long and detailed explanations by starting threads why some senior members got banned than somewhere along the line he stopped that and just posted in the offenders thread...and than that changed and theres no comment anymore when a "senior" member gets revoked lol

so now when im bored of the crybabies in here throwing their poo at each other like chimps do to zoo visitors ill search these guys twee had a personal hand in revoking to see what kind of entertainment i can get reading them ...im sure its leagues above and beyond the crap in this room

I have buys for eurusd. Markets are betting a pause this week and a signal for a peak and looks like it may very will be the case . Stop loss at 1.06530 area

i am not back. 'Coz i never left. Though not that active as before, but still lurking from time to time. I see some of your post and what you are doing... keep it up! You are one of the very few real traders here. 'coz majority are pretenders. Very very few are traders. And amongst the few traders, very few "knows" how. That's why I like to ask the "simple" question to people who say trade what you see not what you think: what do you see?

You see, claim that one should trade what one sees is naive in itself. 10 people will see 7 or 8 different things, maybe few will agree on what they see. So, how useful is advice to trade what you see actually? Again, it's not as useful if you don't know what you should be looking at. I personally don't know where I would start if I would be trading by what I'm seeing.

I am talking about blank charts in this case, not the charts with indicators that tell you exactly what you should do and when you should do it. That's why having a good system (a good indicator) is Godsent.

What do you see man, I'm curious?

I admit, while I can draw some lines here and there and maybe identify potential price of interest, I hardly feel confident in any of these things and that what I'm doing makes any sense at all what so ever.

Today, I had a profitable trade. I knew price is not gonna be volatile in this period before the Fed, so I expected a Range to form and I set a plan to Sell at Resistance or Buy at Support. We were at Resistance first, so I Sold. I was right.

Now... was this trade just a coincidence that I won it? I could have lost the trade also and I'm sure I'd find some reason why trade wasn't successful. So, one should be vary of his beliefs, because beliefs when reinforced with a successful trade, could prove disastrous in the future.

But you see, the main point I'm trying to deliever here is: everything begins with a thought, even trading!

I hate this saying its easy to see after the fact what you shoulda, woulda, coulda done.. Any guru will charge you thousands to show you what you shoulda done yesterday, last week, last month last year but we as retail have to make a decision based on 1 or 2 candles when the market is running and it takes years of experience to be able to do that ---- just my 3cents
