This should mean basically, even to not so bright ECB officials, that ECB is done raising rates. There will be no "maybe one more rate hike" in the future.
Even they now know, they fuc'ed up. But we know all that anyway.

Raising rates again, well, they would need to be very stupid to do that, because economy is collapsing... far from being hot la la land.

Now, this is yet another reason why both Euro and Pound have no chance against USD.
