A market maker and a broker aint the same person.
Both have different integrated power. This determine their ability to move/influence price.

You can be an "A-book" trader, you can see that your are losing every time, even tho price unfold in favour of your trade, that fact that if we look back, and analysis our trades, a beginner strategy is always buying when price is about to retracement before another Impulsive move, or they are buying at Reistance (because of a bullish Engulfing candle, for eg, a beginner the moment he saw that, he buys)
But what he fails to analysis is that the Bullish Engulfing candle failed to close above a resistance level, it is obvious price will retrace to filled up FVGs it left behind before the upward move resumes. In the process, he stopped out even tho he was right.

When i was analysis all my previous trades i saw this mistake (first year of trading), Lag Effect in making a decision (always running after price). Then it will always come to the point where I used to say Every time I buy, Price fall. and Every time i sell, price rises. This make emotion to kick in. And exit the trade at small losses consecutively.
More time in the market, does not mean you trade better!

In that case, i suggest to choose a Broker who is not a market maker. Shop around and find out who is the most reliable and trust worthy broker.

What if the retail traders belong to the 20%, who make good trades majority of the time?
They are using the same broker, same price chart, same account type/size.
More time in the market, does not mean you trade better!

As suggested they require personell to watch their trades and copy-trade. They are a nuisance, profiting from them requires effort.

The worst kind of person to deal with is one that requires work to monitor and adequately build a risk-model. With losing traders there is no need to do that, they most often repeat the same behavior and have overall the same statistics. Their win % are based on statistical models regarding their clients. They don't have time or capability to monitor individual traders, it all have to be automatical and mathematical.

They don't have money upfront, but have an agreement with a large bank. There are terms & conditions for their loans(which is used as leveraging) and a broker has to adapt these statistical models. And also consider the double risk of a winning client. The more winning clients there is the more their statistical model fails.

Didn't hear much from Japan a last couple of days. Calm before the storm?

One scenario which would provoke (very probably) intervention by Japan is if NFP comes out hot again and CPI comes out higher also in US. This would give a great momentum to USD and Japan would be forced to react as USD/JPY would be close to 150 if this scenario takes place.
