Hello my friend, the trade was definitely doable. It went close to the TP and then back up breaking your tipping point (and the middle part of W pattern). It happens, nothing wrong with your technique. Keep going!

Good morning there is my first trade today! just getting out 5 min ago. not much buildup before the first breakout so i wait patiently the pullback and a good retest barrier came some minutes after to confirm that the barrier will hold . Good ARB on my perspective.

How did you manage to show bars in increments of 1pip on RPT? Some time ago, I tried and tried but could not figure it out so I gave up..

Great trade again Eurusdforex! In the beginning I couldn't understand your entry, but then I realized that you wanted to take position at the break of the angular line and some dojis formed next to it, so you took position at the break of the dojis. Well done again!

Hi Norscalp, PRT naturally shows increments of 1 pip. If you choose the instrument "Spot EUR/USD" you will see that it's quoted with 4 digits after the comma (rather than 5). So maybe you just selected the wrong instrument.

There is my first trade ! I stay calm and respect my plan (not trade the news) so i let go the first RB.. some minutes after I take a SB. Like i explain on the chart it was agressive and little bit risky.

Your trades were both a little bit aggressive in my opinion (as you also said) but your analysis was great in general. In the first trade there was also a M at the top of the pullback and in the second one the break was a tease-like. But the conditions were good as you said and it went well, just always be careful next times!

I attach my trade of the morning, which I scratched for a little loss, it was a regular ARB in Volman's first book. Any comments? In my opinion it was a good setup, just turned bad for a lack of follow-through.

Man you are so unlucky... Again you get scratch by a wick and just after your scratch the market go on your way.. Part of the game but so discouraging. Keep your good work because this setup was really good. With the RB (no buildup so you let go) a pullback (by the book) and a rebreak. + you have de round number maggnet (1950$) all was there and the odds was on your side. Just no follow through after your entry. Keep it up !!! next one will be the good one

Thanks man, appreciate your help! Because as you said it's so discouraging sometimes!

The market went on my way after the scratch for a little bit but then it reversed once again (not visible in the screenshot). In these days, the market is oftentimes very choppy and even when it's not the "battles" on significant levels of support or resistance are very long. So most of the breaks have no immediate follow-through and it's hard to trust any setup. Best way is probably to go long in the lows when some W gets formed or the opposite on the short side. But even in that case it's hard to spot good W or M patterns when the action is choppy. Anyway, better days will come!

really great mindset ! Like you said you need to be patient but the last one was duable no matter what so continu on this way and it will pay sooner than later! Keep your composure and your mind clear !!! Really important ! Tomorow will be better and like you said choppy market is always tricky to trade.

No I didn't take it because I was trading the gold as usual. I just look at EUR/USD 70-tick sometimes and in this case I saw that trade but I wasn't ready to actually take it.

For the rest, I decided to focus my trading session more on the afternoon (your morning) during the overlap between the London and NY session. I started today and the market looked indeed more dynamic than in the morning, but I didn't take any trade because every setup was pretty aggressive. I will see how it goes in the next days!

Oh great idea ! Sometimes like you said last week its just the timing (the time that you trade). We need some volatility and not a choppy boring market.
