What platform has tick by tick (multiple chart filling) data replay?

For example:

I use 3 charts 50,100, and 150 tick.

Is there a program that can click through at a rate of 50 ticks at a time and fill all three charts with accurate data?

I want this because with the programs I use now, while going through historical data using a global cursor on the 50 tick, the 100/150 tick charts will only show end of bar data and will often show me the future, which messes up testing.

I tried ninjatrader and they have nice replay function, but can only be moved based on time points and time speed, so is very slow for me.

Multicharts has this ability to go through tick by tick on any single time/tick chart from historical data, but will not work on a global level and fill multiple charts simultaneously on a tick by tick basis.(at least as far as I could figure out how to do)

Does anyone know a program that can do this?
If not, is there a way to get a custom app built to do this?

FT platform allows to go through historical tick data. so you can try it. see details here.
you could go with multicharts and group the charts together so that the cursors match on each chart. As you move the crosshair on one chart, the crosshair on the other linked charts will follow for the same time.

But as previous poster hinted, forextester can replay tick data, and they capture several different broker data; over 2 years worth to date. But porting over a custom indicator/strategy might be a pain in the arse.

The OVO.cz website tick / constant volume indicator has a history converter and tick backtesting script that converts to any tick count and launches an offline server, usually only 1 time frame but there maybe a way to run it 3 times to build the tick history files then rename them M5 M15 for example and run the backtesting server opening 3 charts instead if 1, you could ask Milan on his site he is very helpfull, happy pips Pho
