We can retest 1.2050 and go to R zone or back to 1.2017 and then below S,S1...

GBPUSD price action on the H4 time frame is consolidating but the dominant technical structure is bearish. However, there are recent technical prints (e.g., ‘wicky tops’) that may incentivize northward liquidity engineering before a southward rotation.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

Technically we are entering into a new weekly upswing (early days) which is also moving in the same direction as the monthly, plus daily is moving in the same direction so will be buying daily dips and entering on 4H.

First target 2439 previous daily high and if that breaks gbpusd will be trending towards 1.3257 over the next few weeks/months

Interesting to note USDPJY may be in for a big fall towards 109 over the next weeks or months. Current weekly upswing looks like a correction in the monthly downswing, if i can get an entry from the daily around 136.50 , i will sell heavily and hold, this kind of opportunity does not present itself very often.

My views here are my own personal opinion and not trade recommendations for anyone else

With such a huge pinbar forming on the weekly chart it seems likely that price will retrace to at least 38% to maybe even 50% of this bar before moving higher? We've seen a double touch of the 200 SMA with lower high forming on the 4hr chart. It seems that price might go lower to test the smaller channel line breakout and possibly hit a 38% retrace (around 1.20091) of last week's climb in the process. A weekly pinbar retrace to a 38% fib level would be around 1.19950 which seems very reasonable before moving higher? I'm still learning but just wanted to share an initial post. Thank you all for continuing to post thoughts and making this thread such a great learning tool.
