Fed's interest rates will probably reach 5.25% as in 08. They will probably pause in May. Given that Powell said that more rate hikes are needed, I'll take that as two more rate hikes by 25bps. Wonder what happened in 2008 with Fed's rates at 5.25%.. As some economist would say: "Markets are in lala land. They expect soft landing.."
