The green line is where the bullish run started on the daily (NB: there can be many bullish run in a cycle) and It is Called the base of the rally. If this set up fail price will return to the rally. The red line below is where a future bearish run will begin.

That, of course, depends where you are standing when you check the area. As I posted yesterday, the H8/H4/H1 view was bearish for me. So for that to materialize, TFs smaller than H1 MUST go into down trends. The push down was already underway in today's Asian session.

But a "big" TF making a swing down means that eventually, it will have a rally. So when it is "time" for the rally, the smaller TFs MUST go into up trends, we have a buy bias, and if the conditions are favorable, switch to long entries.

Part of the time, retailers ARE trading the same direction as the MMs, because the MMs need to lead/push them to areas that will LATER be of value for the MMs' larger plan. So when retail sentiment gets very high in one direction, it still takes time for enough of them to get corralled before the MMs close the gate to lock them in.

I short Uj as well although this is a very dicey setup. I hope it does not fail. I’m risking about 2.5% that’s a whole lot.

Let's see whether price can take out yesterday's low.

Then we also need to see how price reacts at 1.23261 (whether buyers can defend their own)

If they fail to defend 1.23261 we will certainly see 1.19 within the next few days.

I will go to shower and then to my bed as I still have to work tomorrow. This week has been difficult for me, and mostly it's my own fault too! But I still have profit, a little one, so Mr Market got nothing from me this year so far

Price has been un able to break the highs...

Higher chances for the price to dip.

However no selling / buying until i see news event.

My asian + LO trade finished.

Having said, I have seen over the years on Friday :

NY bias would be opposite to what Asia + LO does.
