...@ desk updating charts. Post-Uk Budget lo was found @ bottom of a prev 4hr sw hi zone = prev res = pot rbs / confluence with a 3 fib cluster 1756-66, 2 of which are shown on 4hr chart below, the other being 23.6% of the 0922- same 2029 hi move. This current and likely dly lo firmed up as a prev1hr sw lo zone that was then tested and held as pot supp...now it is a prev 1hr/minor 4hr sw lo zone. The current pullback hi off that lo is near the top of the 4hr part of a prev 1hr/4hr sw lo zone / confluence with a prev 30min sw hi zone, and 2 x upside fibs, as can be seen on 1hr chart below.

4hr then 1hr below.

I would be surpriced if GU croses over 12050.
GBP lost steam
Covid cases in China, economy might shut.
Weather doesnt help, snow falls, colder months ahead, oil price requires holding for winter, to obtain this dollar will gain strenght.

My initial view of the market as of now,

1. yesterday we had the first red day. (One more today?)
2. The down move started by taking the liquidity from the previous day's high and also it broke the Trend line.
3. It also took the previous day's low.
4. last 3 days, the price spent most of the time above the last week's high ( SM filling shorts ???).
5. Even if it is a corrective move ( since the overall trend is bullish), we can expect the BC leg of possible ABC correction.
6. Potential target: it may test this week's low @ 1.1709

But the day only just started and 3 sessions to go, the market tends to surprise me all the time and I will adapt accordingly to every session. let's see how the ASIA plays its cards. Good luck everyone and green pips to you all.
