...maybe that was a stop hunt for 'tight' stops just under that prev 1hr/now minor 4hr sw lo zone? Good 1min/3min/5min reg bullish div plays there.

The start of previous 4hr candle is 1897.

Pivot is 1895.

Current 4hr candle is bearish.

It matches..bearish scenario for me.

But who knows, the price may reverse and take my stop at 1905.

Not long till we hear from the UK autumn statement. Having said that as a lot of it has been leaked we could be seeing this drop as a liquidity area for a long… my bias is still short but am keeping an eye on this pair for a jerk upwards

...price @ top of a prev 1hr/4hr sw lo zone that has been tested and held as supp twice on 1hr, /Dly S1. Under that another prev 1hr/4hr sw lo zone with a 76.4% downside fib running thru it, and Dly S2 just below it.

s1 is hit, but not over yet to me.

The price needs to retrace close to daily pivot for next drop towards s2.

Price need not test pivot but close to pivot.

My stop for future short trades 1905

...I think this market's reaction to the upcoming Uk Autumn Statement, (Budget by any other name,) will depend on;

1. Whether it believes the govt has re-gained it's reputation for fiscal competence and responsibility with this budget
2. Whether the measures announced will help to make any upcoming recession shallower/shorter.

My reading to date indicates that they might have the fiscal competence part 'under control', getting out of the energy crisis is going to be key to ending the recession planet wide. As long as the Russia war is happening, this is going to be hard to do. It isn't just Russian gas and oil but raw materials and food that the world is missing out on.
