Daily Chart Analysis..

Some observation..
First of all we had a momentum shift. When I look at Daily Chart now one thing that cannot go unseen is the way that Fridays candle closed. This type of candle suggests to me that bulls are definitely in the driving seat right now, clearly with the momentum. This type of candle very, very often signals strong continuation, you can find on charts almost every time there is a strong sell or buy incoming.

Second of all, client sentiment shifted, USD began to be prerefable among the traders and we can see a huge shirt, for example, there were 83% of the traders net short on USD/JPY and now there are 69% of the traders net short, suggesting that banks may see this as an opportunity to sell USD more agressively now that a good number of traders are going long on USD. This of course should also help Pound and Euro to recover. BoJ may still not be finished which is again good for Pound.

Thirdly, I want to thank you all for supporting me and making me a red diamond member. It's thanks to you that I am a red member now..
Thus, as a revenge (LoL ), I will try my best to deliver and make you up for that!

Lastly, with all being said, next week I expect some good green candles on GBP/USD with first R at around 1.14700..

Looking ahead.
BOJ dumping UST for USD. Seeing that, Yen will be back at 150 by next Friday...
For short-term I'd believe risk-ON shift but longer term I'm less convinced.

To recap what is hppening now is , BoJ sells USD for JPY to defend their currency while printing JPY to do YCC and defend their bond market until they run out of USD reserves and begin selling USTs which will cause UST yields to rip higher
What a shitshow....

Some NOTE :
When you sell bonds price goes down, yields go up
When you buy bonds price goes up, yields go down.
In Short ; Price goes down yield goes higher; price goes up yields go down. Simple math

If UST yields rip higher, Dollah gets stronger, Yen gets weaker.
Have to sell more USTs to defend FX, cycle repeats. But how much do Japan hold UST right now ... ?

Glimpse of what Japanese Foreign reserve. Japan don't hold any UST. or USD. How they going to defend JPY next move ?.
Print more and buy USD ?.

My take on UJ, is if we don't close below 124 on monthly basis
Even if it softens down now and holds above 124 upside is on
We may crash up to 180 and beyond.

I am watching it midway, so risk reward may be not good
Not any recommendation
Just a view.

Yes, we are not ready to think nicely about it but our ancestors did. It has been replaced by pils and who knows what. I was told this by a 53 year old woman, she looked forty having done this for 20 years and my other female freinds where asking me how did she have that skin!!! I use to say cream as she did not want anyone to know she was practising this. What is more communly known is that you can heal bee sting, etc, external wounds.

This is why i come to the conclusion we will reach around 1.2000 and then back down to 1.0400. I may be wrong

There is a geometric pattern around the middle of chart which i amplified. This is telling me it should break its previous high and consecuently meet the low(arrow)

So if the platform is oversold no worries, it will come back down
