I respectfully disagree. This is breaking news that affects the rate hike expectations and the global economy. If we're talking about purely TA, then USD was due for a corrective move downward and should've allowed bulls some reprieve at around 0.998xx or even parity before FOMC from a short-term view (4HR and below). The long-term view, as I agreed with you before in the past, has always been short. Like I told you before, bulls and bears can be both correct on depending on their timeframe. Bears from a medium-term perspective like you are obviously correct from 1.02, but bulls have also been correct multiple times in the interim.

EDIT: I remember several days ago you posting about EURUSD not dropping sooner and wondering why bulls were taking price to testing levels

If you can't acknowledge the market reactions of "rhetoric", then you haven't paid attention to any central bank announcement ever. Just the threat or "bluff", or any hint of hawkish/dovish sentiment in a speech is enough to shock investors and financial institutions because of the perceived risk. Just because I know that the market will react to Putin's words doesn't mean I literally believe a war will 100% happen. That should, like, be really obvious right?

Good morning
If the 0.9900 – 0.9917 support area fails to stabilize, further dips to the 0.9879 and 0.9834 supports are likely. Below that, the next major sell-off would open to 0.9725. However, if the euro can appreciate, a re-break from 0.9971 will open up long chances again up to 1.0036.
I'm leaning towards the downside scenario.
I'm going to beautiful Turkey today... have a little vacation.

None could predict this fall with full accuracy if, then he/she will be a billionaire+! Imagine nothing to stop it - the end!

I predict with probabilities, but I am not so accurate and have to say that to win at forex trading you have to feel, watch the market and risk.

Now from what I see EU just stoped for a break and will continue later or sooner the fall towards 0.9865 low!

I can post my trades and you tell me whether I've been wrong in the short term? Today there's a high probability that we see a massive interest rate hike, beyond 75 point if Powell is smart. Anything Putin says goes straight to the spam folder for me it.
