One can never be so sure how gap will pan out. Sometime it closes and sometimes it doesn't but mostly it do close.
I personally don't trade gap but take recognition of it in planing my trade.

Meanwhile, onward after the data release, I will be looking out price weakness to reverse and go for short sell.......
