as no confirmation yet , top bull again intact . may try finish the no able before , minimum target 2055+, so now trying up 2003 and hold to do so , looks waiting somnews and hope. so over 2003 will long for 2064/2199, !lets see.

I will be looking for a set up to short only after London open.

Now it is early to short.

i am on that , if it happen again i will get out
minwhile , reduced my position and withdraw 200 $
from the start of the week i with 400 $ withdrawer profit and now i am with only 200 $ equity

Yesterday Core Consumer Price Index (CPI) has shown some exhaustion.
The overall inflation rate landed at 9.4%, higher than the expectations of 9.3% and the prior release of 9.1%.
While the core CPI remained in line with the estimates at 5.8% and lower than the former print of 5.9%.

The Core CPI has shown some exhaustion signals, which may trim bumper rate hike expectations.

All elements being rather bullish, staying long position GBP/USD if the price remains well above 1.2000 .
The 1st target is set at 1.2100 .

Need to have bullish break in this 1.20370 resistance would boost the bullish momentum.
In the very short term, a small bearish correction could occur in case of excessive bullish movements.

Have the same opinion. Had signal for long on GBP/JPY and went long. It's in my Journal I created yesterday on FF. Kuroda's statement from moments ago sent everyone up against JPY.
More good news. Since Euro is identical to Pound these days..

Nord Stream data show gas flows now back to 40% capacity

These news are so funny. Kuroda makes a statement that economy is recovering, Yen falls, Nord Stream provides new good data for Euro and Euro starts to decline. The ways of news...always the opposite. Good news for Euro? Let's sell it of course (banks thought-process).

More often than not, which ofc you know , the hike is already priced in. Now... If we see 0.25bps I expect the Euro to fall and drag Pound down with it. If we see 0.50bps hike I expect to see the price going up since in my opinion 0.50bps rate hike is definitely not priced in already. Thanks for asking, but I would also like to hear thought-process from experts like Jolita on this matter.
Although, we shouldn't forget yesterday's news about the tension building up between US and Russia which should be more beneficial to the USD. Hard to tell really..
