I usually trade from key levels when a good swing is formed at least on daily chart along the long term trend direction. Because I prefer analyse the chart from higher timeframe, and go down to look for a perfect entry points. In AUDNZD chart, for me, one of the symptoms that the long term down trend is ended was, it did not break the previous @1.0300 level in mid November, 2021, and start reversing up. We can see it in weekly chart of the instrument.
So after breaking the weekly level @1.0600, it seems the price is headed to next weekly level which is around @1.0800...

Ok, let's try to analyse one more instrument - GBPUSD.
Guys, this is only my point of view on this pair.
Let's start from weekly chart. So we see that the long term trend is bearish so far...
In this case we should look for sell signals from lower TFs. I almost always trade only Swings in any market, so I will look for Daily swing formation in the market. If there is a swing I go down to H4, and again H4 swing formation along the long term trend as well...
Guys, this is only my point of view on this pair.

I usually start from the major picture too, Monthly chart...i'd rather trade according to the price position related to the 200EMA , so i should be looking to buy this pair rather than sell...but agree with you about it is bearish now.
To me it looks like it was trying a breakout to the monthly 200EMA , but the past weekly news made it turn around...
At H4 , i imagine it'll gonna test the 200EMA at the same "Target zone 1" you spotted at your H4 study.
And it failed the daily chart 200EMA breakout , and the faster EMAs are already pointing dow... i see this expanding channel, and believ it will reach that lats bottom too,your's "Target zone 2"

Today i took the trade at GBPUSD . ADX hasn't kicked at the weekly chart yet, but Stoch Index looks bearish enough 
Made the entry at 30min chart, small kick from ADX, little late looking at Stoch Index. Took the trade as price fails 20EMA breakout, and fast 9EMA pointed down. Entry SL;TP giving a 8.6 R/R ratio

Yes, agree. I see weekly resistance zone @1.2800 and 1.2950. So far Daily upswing is going on, if it reverses from that resistance area and starts downswing in Daily it worth trying to short...
